Last week the manager Jay suggested the Cali XL and it was so good I went back the next day for another. The fries were PROPER both days as well. Establishment was clean. Both days and the 2nd day the all-female staff were on point to.

Had breakfast. Ordered the Country breakfast burrito 🌯. It was great, hot & freshly made. I like Carl's Jr thermostat cause I know that they cook everything fresh. Service was quick & friendly. The dining area was clean.

Store #7777 and its manager, Jacob, appear to have no issue with employees petting dogs at the drive-up window and then immediately handling food. There are clear health regulations regarding animal contact and food safety for a reason, yet when I politely questioned the practice, the staff defended it. This raises serious concerns about sanitation and food handling at this location. I would strongly caution anyone planning to visit this store.

It's not the greatest but it's also not the worst. Ever since 2020 a lot of fast food places have just gone downhill but this is pretty on par with all the other restaurants that are fast food in the area. Some complaints with missing Foods or having to argue for a refund, but other than that it is what it is.

Horrible service the evening of October 3rd. A “ten minute wait” turned into a 25+ one for tenders that looked picked over. I had to go back for my fries. When we went in no one greeted us. The staff had a line but I didn’t see anyone doing anything. Don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
The two guys working on Thursday sep 18th around 10PM, were absolutely awesome. Genuinely good vibes, some of the best drive through service I’ve ever gotten in a drive through!
Except the one guy wouldn’t wink at me.

Overall good Carl's Jr location. Easy to get to, staff was helpful when my App wasn't working correctly for a QR code, and overall was a good time. Food also tasted about as you would expect for a Carl's Jr.

paid $40 for 2 burgers and chicken tenders, missed hash brown and burger in our order. went inside to get items, Brendon who helped us didn’t believe us and said we were lying. we called back few mins later to ask for his name and another person answered the phone and called us the hard R (i have it on video). don’t appreciate spending that much money and not getting any kind of service. wont go back there.
