My husband and I got lunch there. The burgers were cold. The fries had been cooked earlier and the lemonade was watered down. Service was terrible. It took 20 minutes to get two lunch combos. 11:20am. The food should have at least been fresh. It was the beginning of the lunch rush.

Ended up sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes. Just watching 3 employees talk to each other the whole time, it clearly wasn't busy at all. Terrible service.

Went here for a quick bite on the way home. Was told at 6pm that two fryers were down and they couldn’t fry anything other than fries. Tried to pull away and drive thru is too tight to safely back up. Waited behind a car for 12 minutes before I could pull through and there were multiple cars behind me. What happened to pulling people forward?
I understood not being able to fry things other than fries due to time, but I waited for no food longer than it would have taken to fry the chicken. Disappointed by the slowness of the visit.

This location can hardly even get the order correct. Then they treat fries like they're opn war rations...I ordered a large fry, received what looks like a medium container filled less than halfway, a large fry turned out to be exactly 16 fries.....16 fries in a large?! They're not even waffle friesnn they're straight cut.....what a rip off. Fire everyone and try again.

Went to get food and spent almost 30$ and ordered a mean large with waffle fries and a second large waffle fries which are not larges what so ever and only got 6!! Waffle fries in both larges! After spending almost 30$ and dr.pepper suryp wasn't making correctly very disappointing to see what 30 dollars get me now days.

***BEWARE*** I ordered $14 in food. 2 burgers, fries and a soda. The burgers were the hardest stale bread I've ever seen. Literally hard as a rock. I take them back inside and ask for my money back, and the manager tells me "her manager isn't there, so she cannot refund my money". then proceeds to tell me she can give me a number to cooperate and they will have to help me. I Can't believe how shady this place is. If you want to charge as much as you do, you might want to make sure the food you're giving your customers looks like it does in the pictures and on your commercials. I got my money back after causing a huge scene. But that manager was not going to give me my money back at first. Sad thing is, when i walked in to ask for a refund, she was the one in the back making the burgers. She knew that bread is hard as a rock and she still making them on that bread and giving them to customers.
Plenty of parking for non handicap and handicap. Easy to get in and out of. Very clean rest rooms. Food for my wife and myself was freshly prepared. Also very tasty.

I was very happy with the service especially with timing and the friendly atmosphere. Manager Patrick was the best! Did a great job! Would highly recommend this store!
Asked if you could get the impossible patty on any burger, employee says yes. Then we go to order it and she says "actuallllly, we don't carry the impossible patty anymore"
The level of incompetence is ABSOLUTE disgusting. Why are we offering these people $15 + an hour when you can't even answer an extremely simple question
