I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes with only two other cars. When i made it to the window they told me they didn't actually take my order because the manager was talking to them.

The food has always been pretty consistent with Carl's Jr, so I've never felt like I will get duped when I walk into one. Even in the shadiest areas, they still do a pretty good job at keeping it clean and keeping the food good quality. I don't really like fast food so for me to say that I liked it means a lot. Their milkshakes are definitely my favorite part, next to their Criss cut fries.

My husband and I got lunch there. The burgers were cold. The fries had been cooked earlier and the lemonade was watered down. Service was terrible. It took 20 minutes to get two lunch combos. 11:20am. The food should have at least been fresh. It was the beginning of the lunch rush.
