I decided to go to this chick fil a location even after seeing all of the horrid reviews and low and behold this is what I get. I added photos from two previous visits. Came in at 8:50 p.m. tonight ordered $40 worth of food had to go back two times to get the rest of our food which isn't a huge deal. My nuggets were old didn't even eat half of them. 9:15 a young gentleman came over as we were eating and said we needed to leave because they could not have anybody in the lobby after 9:00 I spoke to the manager that was on duty She didn't really care we threw our food away and left. Apparently there is some rule that customers can't be in the lobby after 9:00 well you should relay the message to customers when they come in it's kind of surprises me Chick-fil-A is always been my go-to Guess not anymore

used to be good food here. now every since they changed the fry formula they taste like soggy cardboard and the chicken has tasted old not fresh for the 3rd time in a row which is very unlike them. shame on you chic fil a. won’t be going here any longer

Customer service is really terrible and unprofessional. I had to ask for water more than 3 times. They acted like I was stealing from the company. IT WILL BE MY PLEASURE TO PAY FOR WATER IF THEY ASK ME. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Exzavier was the employee name that acted very poorly. I tried to talk to the supervisor and was told he or she was too busy. Chickfil A needs more customer training. Looks bad on the supervisor in charge. 👎

This is the best Chick-fil-A o have ever been to. All the associates were so very polite, nice and respectful. The sandwiches yummy. Waffle fries hot and crispy. The best was the seating area. So clean with real fresh flowers on the tables!
