used to be good food here. now every since they changed the fry formula they taste like soggy cardboard and the chicken has tasted old not fresh for the 3rd time in a row which is very unlike them. shame on you chic fil a. won’t be going here any longer

Customer service is really terrible and unprofessional. I had to ask for water more than 3 times. They acted like I was stealing from the company. IT WILL BE MY PLEASURE TO PAY FOR WATER IF THEY ASK ME. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Exzavier was the employee name that acted very poorly. I tried to talk to the supervisor and was told he or she was too busy. Chickfil A needs more customer training. Looks bad on the supervisor in charge. 👎

This is the best Chick-fil-A o have ever been to. All the associates were so very polite, nice and respectful. The sandwiches yummy. Waffle fries hot and crispy. The best was the seating area. So clean with real fresh flowers on the tables!

Why did they do the renovation to add the mobile line just to merge it back to the drive thru line?
What's the point of the mobile thru like when they just make one lane anyway? Guy in front of me left because it was taking so long. If i could have cancelled my online order I would.

I hadn't been here in over a year. Was really excited to get some chicken nuggets. Got home opened the box and they were all small. Look like they were nuggets from an old order. You could tell they had been sitting in there for a while. You would think they wouldn't serve customers with old dry nuggets. But they do. I feel like all orders should be fresh juicy chicken. Not refuse from a previous order. Not the kind of customer service that you would expect from a chick-fil-a. Discard your old nuggets. The only thing it leaves you with is a bad review and making sure to order from a different chick-fil-a.
Parking: Terrible parking lot. Looks like a damn fool designed this lot.

Service was great, but food is 0/10 would not recommend. Literally today I went in and ordered a chicken nugget kid's meal, a fruit and granola parfait and 2 meals. The 2 adult meals were perfect. The kid's meal was missing the chicken nuggets. No big deal, I turned around thankfully noticing only a few feet from being too far away as dad tried to hand to toddler. But then afterwards we realize there's no granola. Whatever, I have some at home I can add. Get home and the yogurt is curdled! Like completely chunky and curdled yuck. I can't even. After the day I had I was really hoping to at least enjoy a yogurt, but nope. Will never return here ever. Waisted $40 for me to not even be able to eat.

I remember when this chic fil a opened when I was in high school. It was great. I will say they are fast and give you your food on time. However, once you go in the restaurant inside it’s just dirty everywhere and I was standing in line waiting for 5 minutes because there were employees playing around and what not. First thing the guy tells me is hey are you a fan of key lime sarcastically like ok? You ain’t funny my dude. But overall I would say service is fast depending the day you go but really just feels like a high school club in there.
