Went last night for my favorite, the fish basket! Took a few bites and got so very sick. Thought maybe it was something else. Took it to work for leftovers, took a couple bites and once again, got so sick. So very disappointing. 🤮

Is there any drive thru restaurant's in fountain that actually get your order right. Ticket attached 1st off, none of the food was better than warm when we got home. I asked for a side salad and received a $8+ salad with chicken. As you can see we asked for an E.T bun for the Burger, as you can see we were charged for it but received a reg butter bun. Both burgers were not even hot enough to melt the cheese. My son had another order, which we had separate checks and his chicken crispy sandwich was cool at best and didn't receive the Ranch on the side he was charged for, he actually threw his meal away. This is actually the 3rd time we've tried culvers in fountain and had problems. Very sad experience because we know culvers has amazing products when they're prepared correctly and hot and fresh, they're actually hard to beat. Oh.....I tried calling 3 times but no answer, the phone rang numerous times then ends with that fax squealing sound.....very irritating.

Tonight was our first visit here. We waited 27 minutes in the drive through for three mini custards, and all of them were soup by the time we got them. There was zero communication from staff as multiple employees gave orders to people behind us for a half hour straight. I was told I have to drive back to the restaurant and wait in the drive through for a refund. I plan to dispute this through my credit card instead.
My meal 🍔 🍟 was hot 🔥 and enjoyable‼️‼️‼️ and well kept environment. Very clean. Keep up the good work.

Food was low quality. Burger was hardly warm and had a very salty taste. Fries was the only thing cooked well. Burger looked like a person sat on it.

It was clean and decent on the noise inside the restaurant the food tasted really good the cashier was polite and patient with us when ordering and the food came out in a decent time. Over all a great experience.

Came here for dinner and was extremely disappointed. What I think was the manager was so extremely rude to a young man in the front. We were APPALLED. Not only that there was a worker touching food without gloves. The dining room was FILTY! There was trash and food all over the place I didn’t even want to sit down. It is disgusting and so upsetting that any of this is allowed. I will NOT be coming back.
