Went in last night, the price of things was a little higher than I expected. However, the food and the service did make up for it and it's own way. Manager Steve, went out of his way to make sure that our order was received correctly, and that we enjoyed it. There was an error in our order, and he made things right. These are the type of managers that should be hired, that care about the business, and care about the customer. Five stars for Steve.

Place was slammed. Everyone was doing the best they could to keep up with Drive-thru & inside line. Young guy with dreads, working counter and drive was so cool calm and friendly. A couple of us old F&B folks in the lobby agreed that the wait wasn't as bad as it could have been if we didn't get the sweet service we did.

I just wanted a burger and the wait times sucked. They got my order wrong too

If I could give zero stars, I would. What kind of place is this? For one, every time you go, it takes like 20-30 minutes to get a blizzard. Well, I went last night (thru the drive thru) and got some ice cream and when I got home, I just happened to see a Facebook post (posted around the same time I was there) about someone mentioning to make sure you double check your receipts as they are charging people tips that are not authorized by the customer! I instantly checked my receipt and sure enough a tip was added without my permission!!! This is STEALING. It makes me wonder how many times this has not only happened to me (I usually never ask for a receipt) but also how many others. I made a post on Facebook about what happened and I have 400+ comments from community members (so far) and a lot are saying it has happened to them before! This is horrible! I will never ever go back.

Since I was a little girl this has always been our spot for a tasty treat and a quick bite to eat. It’s always clean which is a big deal to me. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The owners are great people and love what they do so much you will catch them working right along side their employees. Best ice cream spot in our little community.

Look…I’m not one to put bad reviews because I truly understand places get busy. However, I went tonight with my family, it was about 7:20 when we pulled into the drive thru. There was 3 cars infront of us already waiting to get their orders which is fine. We sat at the speaker for 6 minutes without anyone talking to us then the we were spoken to the person taking our order was in a rush. We continued to the window where we waited 25 minutes for our order of four items….we asked for a medium twist cone which wasn’t a twist cone. It was a glob of vanilla, then chocolate, the vanilla and chocolate again…they made that first and let it sit on the counter where it melted AND THEY FLIPPED IT INTO A CUP…then they gave use the wrong medium drink we ordered with no straw and only one blizzard came correct while the other one wasn’t at all what we ordered…for $32 I feel the service and atmosphere could have been a lot better.

There is a woman with brown hair who is incredibly rude to anyone that is a POC! She was yelling at a poor woman and her baby just based on what she ordered. The woman sat with tears in the restaurant explaining to her daughter sometimes people are rude to you because of the color of your skin. She greeted every single person until an African American man and his son walked in and she looked, and turned her head away and ignored him!

I may be white but this is disgusting and I hope the owner sees this and does something, people don’t deserve to be treated this way!
