2 people in front of me and still took 15 min. I watched her get my ice cream and started on two other orders and start changing out chocolate syrup instead of just putting hot fudge on mine and calling it done while two other employees just stood there. NOT COMING BACK. I should have just drove over to BJ's
There’s only a few Dairy Queen’s in Springs so this one was extra busy. Despite that, the lady working there named Trisha was busting her tail working to take care of everyone! She took the time to be courteous and maintained her friendliness and customer service. She deserves a raise.

Slowest service ever. Literally no one else in the store. On a Friday at 1230 pm. Took 25 minutes to get our order. Also. Drive through. Very few people. At times, none. Literally the opposite of fast food. Really hard seeing myself coming back.

Came in the middle of the afternoon with one car ahead of me in the drive thru and still took over 20 minutes to get a blizzard. This dairy queen always takes forever

That was the fastest service I've ever experienced in the 3 years of being here...way faster and better to just go inside instead of waiting twice as long in the drive through and being stu k half way on the road and in the parking lot...they really need to re do their drive through and have it go around the other way and exit out the front.
