Slowest service ever. Literally no one else in the store. On a Friday at 1230 pm. Took 25 minutes to get our order. Also. Drive through. Very few people. At times, none. Literally the opposite of fast food. Really hard seeing myself coming back.

Came in the middle of the afternoon with one car ahead of me in the drive thru and still took over 20 minutes to get a blizzard. This dairy queen always takes forever

That was the fastest service I've ever experienced in the 3 years of being here...way faster and better to just go inside instead of waiting twice as long in the drive through and being stu k half way on the road and in the parking lot...they really need to re do their drive through and have it go around the other way and exit out the front.

I absolutely love diary queen but every time I come here I end up waiting forever! Last night we waited an hour for 2 blizzards. Im not sure why the service is so slow but I am willing to drive further for ice cream rather than waiting so long to be served.

I'm sure it's either because they are understaffed, the only ice cream shop in fountain or their location but this dairy queen is always slow and backed up. The food usually turns out right and ice cream orders aren't usually wrong. It is just always a wait whether it is inside or in the drive thru. When you go, plan on waiting at least 30 minutes if there are 4 or more cars in the drive thru and some in the parking lot. The staff isn't rude or anything though always nice and helpful!

Went there tonight, did an order, before we got to the window to pay, a girl at the window ask what was our order again, i said what happen to our order? She said, another girl took over bc i went to the bathroom”. So we have to reorder again. She is the worst service ever! She was confused giving us the look, scratching her head etc. i told her, the order should be on the screen. She gave me the crazy look and told us; “ I’m back from the bathroom so you have to order again” I end up argued with her. She closed the window so loud and walk away. 25 minutes later got our food we left and she forgot to give our drinks. First and last at that place.
