The staff had not great attitudes. The drinks were made incorrectly and they didn’t even put the lid on correctly and it dripped all over the place. My chai was essentially milk with no chai in it. They weren’t friendly and had miserable attitudes.

Second time I’ve ordered 10 munchkin donut hole and received only 6 (I’m not driving back for 4 more donut holes)… idk how much comes in the hashbrowns order but seemed a little lacking as well. Kinda disappointed. Also the guy at the window is NEVER personable. Not even a hello, just hand out with total. Nothing even said when handing items either.
Coffee is good… rest is kinda a rip off…

I used a drive through at 5am on February 3, 2025.
I asked for an iced coffee with oat milk.
I got a hot coffee with almond milk. Even when I drove up to window and she confirmed it.
I have to go to work, but they're lucky I'm not allergic to nuts.

I waited in the drive though for over 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Not the biggest deal in the world. But when I got to work and opened the doughnut I bought not a single one out of a dozen were correct. And when I called the store “Justin or Dustin” picked up and when I explained what happened he immediately hung up on me and I can no longer get the store to answer. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Tight drive-thru if you're driving a larger vehicle or a truck. It's also pretty difficult to get into and you'd have to drive through the parking lot of the Lowe's to get to it, otherwise the food and service is pretty much okay in the atmosphere feels abandoned 😬
They're also frequently out of stock of a lot of donut flavors.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and I went through the drive-thru, waited in the long line and got to the window and asked for a dozen of donuts. I get that when you go through the drive-through, you are not able to pick the variety of your donuts, but at least give me a variety. I got a dozen donuts and got majority of it stuffed powdered donuts. I get these for my kids and they don't like powdered filled donuts like this. Out of this dozen I got two sprinkles and 2 chocolate!

I ordered online and got two strawberry frosted with sprinkles and only received one and mind you, this is at 9:00 in the morning, so I know they are not out of donuts... I would love a free donut on my next visit...

It’s a hit or miss at this location. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk for my mother through the drive-thru. After we drove off, she tried her drink then she opened the lid to find steamed cow's milk and no matcha at all! Given that she’s lactose intolerant, this was a problem.
I have a big family, of course everyone loves donuts especially on a sunday. this institution thinks it can name itself after donuts and only make enough to run out by noon and not make anymore, everytime. just tell people they are out of this and that. I just left left there after the girl on the register said "Shipley's is right across the street" terrible business strategy. That's alot of business from one person to be cocky and just throw away because you don't want to do do your job.

And are willing to sell the items.but this location some how does not have the pumpkin spice stuff and :or is just not willing to sell it. But yet the Starbucks up the street is already selling it. I was there on a Wednesday afternoon with no one in front of me and it should not take 8mins for a toasted bagel with creme cheese. I didn't appreciate the attitude from the employee either who informed me 5mins after paying that her counterpart had just started my order. I was in a rush and chose dunkin because I thought it would be fast but I was wrong. Never again!!!
