I guess the manager wasn't in or they had new staff because I was given a hot drink and requesting a iced one. Than when they gave me the correct drink, it was missing the ice š First time I've received a warm iced drink.

The staff had not great attitudes. The drinks were made incorrectly and they didnāt even put the lid on correctly and it dripped all over the place. My chai was essentially milk with no chai in it. They werenāt friendly and had miserable attitudes.

Second time Iāve ordered 10 munchkin donut hole and received only 6 (Iām not driving back for 4 more donut holes)ā¦ idk how much comes in the hashbrowns order but seemed a little lacking as well. Kinda disappointed. Also the guy at the window is NEVER personable. Not even a hello, just hand out with total. Nothing even said when handing items either.

I used a drive through at 5am on February 3, 2025.
I asked for an iced coffee with oat milk.
I got a hot coffee with almond milk. Even when I drove up to window and she confirmed it.
I have to go to work, but they're lucky I'm not allergic to nuts.
I waited in the drive though for over 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Not the biggest deal in the world. But when I got to work and opened the doughnut I bought not a single one out of a dozen were correct. And when I called the store āJustin or Dustinā picked up and when I explained what happened he immediately hung up on me and I can no longer get the store to answer. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Tight drive-thru if you're driving a larger vehicle or a truck. It's also pretty difficult to get into and you'd have to drive through the parking lot of the Lowe's to get to it, otherwise the food and service is pretty much okay in the atmosphere feels abandoned š¬
They're also frequently out of stock of a lot of donut flavors.

I love Dunkinā Donuts, and I went through the drive-thru, waited in the long line and got to the window and asked for a dozen of donuts. I get that when you go through the drive-through, you are not able to pick the variety of your donuts, but at least give me a variety. I got a dozen donuts and got majority of it stuffed powdered donuts. I get these for my kids and they don't like powdered filled donuts like this. Out of this dozen I got two sprinkles and 2 chocolate!

Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, but... when you forget what I paid for, I'm gonna be mad. I ordered online and got two strawberry frosted with sprinkles and only received one and mind you, this is at 9:00 in the morning, so I know they are not out of donuts... I would love a free donut on my next visit...
