Honestly this location needs better drive thru management. I can’t tell you how many times I’m in line and vehicles from the second lane either have their order taken first or cut other vehicles in line. For example this morning, a vehicle from the second lane cut two cars (ahead of me) after we have all been waiting in line for 7 minutes. Yes 7!
Drinks are always good. Custom service is mostly ok, and I understand there’s always a wait but these wait times are getting very extensive. Especially weekday mornings.
Unfortunately but fortunately this is on my way to work so I keep coming here.

Honestly, I don't get the Dutch Bros hype. Their food is packaged and highly processed. Their coffee tends to be overly sweet and not worth the cost. I've tried ordering different things and just never been impressed.

Employees at the pick up window shouldn’t talk badly about customers to other customers … especially not when they are standing right there 😃 my coffee wasn’t even the one I ordered but am I going to wait again for terrible service in the freezing cold because there was no parking and no way to know if my order is ready? No.
Great place for your coffee needs. Also other drinks as well. Young woman who served us was great. Would definitely go back again.

Never even saw a Dutch Bros until I moved to Colorado. Best coffee and friendliest staff ever. They have the drive thru so organized even long lines move fast unlike Starbucks. They have the best coldbrew I've ever had (get it with a softtop) and I'm addicted to the zero sugar Rebels. Love, love, love Dutch Bros if you've got one locally and go to Starbucks make the switch you won't miss them.

Slowest Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to. Missed an important ceremony at my husband’s work because I sat in line for 15 mins getting a gift card as a gift for said ceremony. There were only 4-5 cars in line ahead of me and at least 4 people inside making drinks at the time and it was moving like molasses. Very disappointing and unfortunate experience.
