Maggot in the beef taco plate? The restaurant is calling it rice. But it has a different color AND segmented body. You folks can decide for yourselves. Other than this poorly handled incident it was a fav of ours. We will not be going back. You people do what you want however.

This place used to be really good, now the portions and the quality of the food have gone so far down hill. The burritos and fries have become really greasy. It seems like the cheese is microwaved now. Portions have gotten significantly smaller in everything. Quality in the food is not good, just putting stuff in a box and calling it good. I hope this place gets back to what it used to be

I eat here often! The food is wonderful; I highly recommend breakfast burritos, tortas, and the special drinks they serve. They have a bar with 4 different salsa options as well as marinated carrots, grilled jalapenos, fresh radishes and lime slices.
Only downside is it's SO loud inside! The noise level interferes with ordering, especially when the person taking it has English as a second language.
I think it's priced fairly reasonably.

Food was okay. Got the carne asada supreme burrito. Supposed to be similar to a California burrito, I just added the fries. Guac and sour cream were pretty much non existent in the burrito which was disappointing. Kind of small in my opinion as well for the price. Explains the excess of tortilla as well. Staff was friendly nonetheless.

This place is usually pretty good -but lately the quality and generous portions have gone down a bit and they are getting more expensive. I ordered the Fiesta plate and can’t justify the $17 price. I’ve had the fiesta fries which are like $1 more and they load those up. This plate was disappointing, the chicken and steak were minced into tiny pieces. It felt like I was eating soup, receiving more chipotle broth than meat. I expected a generous amount of meat for $17, because a tortilla, rice, and beans are very low cost. The main part of the plate should’ve been hooked up. The price for this “plate” is way too inflated and not worth it. The rice and beans were also very bland, not good at all. Never ordering this again.

*I will no longer be going here and I recommend against it*

I have been going here since it opened. Between this location and the other 2, I have eaten at El Super Taco probably 250 times over the past 14 years. I will not be eating here anymore. Ever since Cov**-19 this place has been going down hill.

It used to be a consistent 4-Stars and on bad days, 3-Stars. Then it became 3-Stars and on good days, 4-Stars. Now, it is 2-Stars and on good days, 3-Stars. A rating of 2-3 Stars is not worth my Family's money anymore. The prices have also gone through the roof. $12 for burritos, $16 for carne asada fries.... insane. It costs me $50-60 to eat here for my family. No more.

The food they gave me last night was the final straw. Look at these photos. Microwaved, congealed, greasy, overcooked and skimping on ingredients.

1. The Cheese Enchiladas were so obviously microwaved and they microwaved them into oblivion. They were un-edible.

2. The Pollo Asado Fries were also microwaved. They do this to melt the cheese because the fries and the meat are reheated. The cheese was congealed which is what a microwave does. Also, the fries are literally soggy, greasy, slop.

3. The Pollo Asado Sopes(#18) were overcooked. The sopes were fried too long and tasted burnt and it was really difficult to bite through them.

4. The Bean and Cheese burrito with Rice had pretty much no Beans the first half of the burrito.

I can no longer recommend this location.

This has become one of our favorite Mexican food stops on the south end. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food portions are plentiful (we usually get two meals out of them) and everything we’ve had has been tasty. A few times we have had a lightly seasoned meal, a slightly fatty bit of pork, or a bit of a smaller serving size, but we always go back because overall it is one of the best! Doesn’t matter if you go for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is always tasty!
