This has become one of our favorite Mexican food stops on the south end. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food portions are plentiful (we usually get two meals out of them) and everything we’ve had has been tasty. A few times we have had a lightly seasoned meal, a slightly fatty bit of pork, or a bit of a smaller serving size, but we always go back because overall it is one of the best! Doesn’t matter if you go for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is always tasty!
We’ve been going here for the past 3yrs sometimes 2x a week. We’ve always had an excellent experience, our order is correct and delicious every time & exceptional customer service. And this review is coming from a southeast San Diego, CA girl born and raised if ya know you know. Don’t believe the negative reviews, El Super Taco is legit ?. I know my taco shop food to a T. Keep up the good work guys. ❤️???
I arrived at dinner time so it was very busy. Despite that the young lady who took my order treated me like I was the only customer, answering questions and making suggestions. They have all the condiments available for self-service including radishes, roasted jalapenos, salsas, etc. The disappointment came when I saw the fish taco. The piece of fish was so small that it was mostly fried batter. Unlike the tongue taco that was stuffed with meat. I will return to try the birria....
