We’ve been going here for the past 3yrs sometimes 2x a week. We’ve always had an excellent experience, our order is correct and delicious every time & exceptional customer service. And this review is coming from a southeast San Diego, CA girl born and raised if ya know you know. Don’t believe the negative reviews, El Super Taco is legit ?. I know my taco shop food to a T. Keep up the good work guys. ❤️???
I arrived at dinner time so it was very busy. Despite that the young lady who took my order treated me like I was the only customer, answering questions and making suggestions. They have all the condiments available for self-service including radishes, roasted jalapenos, salsas, etc. The disappointment came when I saw the fish taco. The piece of fish was so small that it was mostly fried batter. Unlike the tongue taco that was stuffed with meat. I will return to try the birria....
The food was decent, nothing to rave about.
Service was quick and friendly. I have high standards for Mexican food being from Cali and growing up on San Diego and Los Angeles Mexican restaurants and taco trucks. ?
Carne Asada was a little bland, nachos were ok, tacos were decent. Honestly, overall, it's better than I expected for Mexican food in Colorado, but it's not amazing.
The Agua Fresca was delicious and refreshing, though ?
