I went out with a few friends expecting a decent meal, eggs where oily and slightly undercooked somehow but edges looked cooked they also weren’t seasoned their chicken sucks overly dry and under seasoned there syrup is overly thick and pancakes always and I mean ALWAYS over cooked maybe I just had bad workers but I feel that maybe their waiters are just there to upset you because honestly some of the worst costumer server I’ve ever encountered

This ihop location never fails to disappoint. Whether that disappointment comes in the form of an excessive wait for an online order, or after finally receiving your meal, realizing that it wasn't cooked properly. I only ever come to this restaurant as a last resort and every time I eat here I am reminded why. When you see the photo attached ask yourself: is that worth $21.75? Is it worth spending my hard earned money at this establishment when I get terrible service, incorrect food items and have to wait excessive times? Let me answer that for you with a resounding no-it is not worth it. They couldn't even cook my steak right after making me wait 35 minutes for an online order.
Kid-friendliness: IHOP would definitely be a kid friendly location with plenty of exciting meals to choose from as well as some basics to please picky eaters.

So we went on a Friday morning 10:30 and we did not get ANY service for 20 minutes. Kids behind us were screaming but the employees were quick to get a birthday clap going for one of the guests. Respectful on that But still not acknowledged so we're leaving to black bear diner!

They need more staff in general. The waiter we had wasn't bad a little rushing with ordering, but that's okay. The food took a while to come out with only 4-5 tables filled.

My little sister and I had came here for breakfast just trying to spend time together and get out the house. Although the food was okay I had a water and coffee. You shouldn’t have to worry about hair in your water. I was already through my meal and had already been drinking my water. After the entire time I was eating, there was a hair in my water. I asked to speak with a manager the waitress was super respectful and nice about it, however the manager wasn’t. She didn’t seem empathetic or even sorry at all. All she offered was to get me another water after we were already done eating. I mean you can do better than offer me another water. I get it things happen but how would you feel about a hair in your water after you had drank most of it while eating. I asked the manager if I can get a discount because it’s ridiculous I shouldn’t have to scope out my food or drink just to see if there’s a hair. She did give me a discount but only a dollar was taken off. She couldn’t even give me the receipt herself and never spoke to me again afterwards. If you cared about your restaurant you would do better than hide in the back and actually give me the receipt yourself than have another waitress give me receipt.

Went to this location to celebrate a Thanksgiving brunch. Service was HORRIBLE. The server herself was quite rude. Rolled her eyes a few times and got annoyed while my kids were trying to order, which I assume was because they couldn't make up their mind. Because, they're KIDS. (My young niece noticed the eye rolls and scoffs.) When the food came to the table, two of the dishes were undercooked (both of them burgers), and my niece didn't eat hers because it made her sick. My nephew, who is autistic, ordered a PLAIN cheese burger, and they put some sort of orange sauce on it. Which is definitely NOT PLAIN. My mother ordered French fries, and they put seasoned salt on them?? Her dish was COVERED in it. Not only that, but we had to ask 3 times for water, and it still took half an hour to get it! We honestly had 3 dishes that should have been sent back, but with how long it took to get water, we didn't even bother. This is not the first time we have had an issue with this location, and we WILL NOT be returning to it. The two stars for service is because the TRAINEE was AMAZING. It's a shame when a trainee has better manners and a better attitude than the trainer. NOT HAPPY.

Food and service is excellent; this is a sit down and enjoy the ambience type restaurant and that's we we eat here. Waiter and Waitress staff are 10 out of 10. Parts of the restaurant are extremely cold, they don't seem to be able to get it warmer. Maybe we should wear a coat at all times. Ha ha

The restaurant was clearly undermanned, which resulted in painfully slow service. I waited far too long for my food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm at best. It's frustrating to see staff struggling to keep up, and it made my meal far from enjoyable. I hope they can address these issues because I usually love IHOP.
A friend took me to breakfast. IHOP really can't go wrong.
