Management changed a couple months ago, and this place is incredible! Adam, the new manager, is generous, funny, and genuinely cares people having a great experience. Aside from giving me grief for my AF haircut, he made my wife some ENORMOUS birthday pancakes, and I watched him help another couple find a hotel for the night. Can't speak highly enough of this place!

I went in for my birthday, and Adam made me massive, plate-sized birthday pancakes. The waitress brought me out a special ice cream and added strawberries and whipped cream. They went above and beyond to treat me and we’re outgoing and thoughtful the whole time!

It's been a while since we have gone to an IHOP because this location wasn't the greatest, and it never seemed worth it. We decided to give it a shot and ate during the happy hour. Man, Adam who is the new manager waited on us today. When I say this was a great experience, I truly mean that. He is awesome! Best expirience I've had at any restaurant in the last two years. The food was also cooked great. I'm tired of going out to eat and feeling like I just waisted money. The world needs more Adams.Thank you!

Amazing experience at the Fountain IHOP! James my server was polite & professional, and Sarah the GM came to converse with several tables even during a busy time. The restaurant is also more clean than most I’ve seen in the Springs area!
We came in for a little morning date my fiance and i, and James took amazing care of us. Sir James to be exact. What a wonderful server! He was like a breath of fresh air coming into give us some food and coffee. He brewed the coffee himself and I was impressed by that alone. But the food also seems like it got revamped. I haven't always been the biggest fan of IHOP but I'm not going to lie, the food and the server 100% just changed my perspective on this restaurant entirely.

I have been coming here for years. I would bring my mom. Over the years I seen a decline in the food and service. Today was the first time I came with my daughter and grand kids. I was telling my daughter that I felt a huge difference. It's clean, the food is amazing and the customer service is was awesome! Thank you Maria for taking care of us. We will definitely be back.

Went there for dinner, 2 adults and 1 child. Not too busy at the time we showed up, the manager is the one that sat us and told us the waiter will be with us shortly. And that was the last time I saw the manager, i guess he got off after he sat us. There seemed to be only 3 waiter/staff there dealing with the everyone in the place. From taking orders, cleaning tables, sitting people, printing out checks, brining food to the tables and drinks. It was a mess and they really need to hire more people, its not fair to the wait staff. We waiting a very long time to get our food, which was a bowl of mac and cheese and 2 omelets. Its been a while since I have eaten a omelet, so I was confused when I started eating mine. Did the meaning of an omelet change? Because what I got was a egg that was folded 3 times over and everything I thought went inside the omelet was just messily thrown on top of the egg, it was more like scrabbled eggs without the scrabble. The toast that came with my wife's "omelet" was hard as a rock and nasty. I had to wait over 10 minutes after asking for a refill for my soda.As we sat there waiting for our meal, we saw a few families come in and leave due to no one being at the main counter to meet and seat them.The little staff they had were running around trying their best, but also getting upset with each other. At one point the assist manger told one of the wait staff to "STOP PUTTING IN ORDERS" what the hell is he supposed to do, that was crazy to me.For what we got, it shouldn't have taken almost an hour.They need to hire a lot more people.They need to work on their team building.The managers need to treat the staff with respect.The cook needs to learn how to cook.We go to other Ihops, they are further away, but way better. We to this same location 2 years ago and the only reason why we went again was because we were mailed a coupon for buy one meal get one free. Most likely we will not go back to this location, ether we just have very poor timing and also dine there at their worst or they place just hasn't changed.
