First of all its impossible for this place to have a 4/5 rating with all the bad (<3) reviews. Cold food and the BACON double cheeseburgers had no BACON!

Just had the saddest sourdough jack of my life. Patty was cold and there was no bacon. Only reason i came here instead of the Jack on powers was because the food was made fresh last time I came here. Consistency isnt your key, I guess your night crew needs more food safety training. Also got the butt ends of the curly fries , you know the tiny pieces you get at the bottom of the bag? Yes, those. For a $20 meal I'd expect better. The tacos redeemed this overpriced subpar meal. Won't be coming back. At least not at 7pm 🙃
Edit: I also was the 3rd car in the pick up line. There was quite a wait. With all that extra time I would have at least expected a hot meal.
Edit #2: it's now 30 mins later and I contracted food poisoning. Will be contacting manager tomorrow for a refund

Only thing I come for is tacos and peach vitamin water since I can't find it anywhere else. Customer service is usually bad. They don't care. It is what it is.

Update: who orders egg rolls & does not get the 2 sweet & sours they ordered! SERIOUSLY!?!? So now I wasted $8 on egg rolls I will definitely not eat because who likes an egg roll without the sauce. Hmmm….had you answered the phone, maybe I would be enjoying the food I purchased from you!
Maybe you should answer your phones. If you are part of the door dash delivery, again , ANSWER YOUR PHONE! Horrible customer service to ignore your phones for over an hour. Smh at management

I ordered through the driveway and saw right away the price for the teriyaki bowl meal said $11.79 and on the screen it said $12.19. When I went up to the window I asked her what the teriyaki bowl meal rang up as and she said $12.19, I said then why does your price menu say $11.79. She tried to say that it was because I got the meal, wrong because that is already the meal price. Then she tried to say tax, wrong again, tax is at the bottom as a separate charge. She walked away and got the manager I’m assuming (Gary) who tried to say that a homeless person broke the board so they had to put the old price up. Not my fault Gary, plus the board isn’t broken. The price advertised says $11.79, that’s what I need to be charged. He tried to say there was nothing he could do. Wrong again because that’s false advertisement which is highly illegal. He proceeded to roll his eyes and shut the window. Came back with my new total. I understand it’s only $.40 but that’s not the point. Why are they advertising one price and charging a different one? Is it going to Jack in the Box? Is it going to an employee skimming off the top? Pretty shady if you ask me. He didn’t say a single other word to me as he gave me my food. I’m sorry that I caught you guys charging more than advertised but things are expensive these days and every penny counts.
Updated 10/15: I submitted a review via the website provided. Have a heard back. Absolutely not. They pretend to care and bot says to submit it to their website, but it is definitely not checked.

Just went through the drive thru @8:30 on 10/11/24. I was the only car there and it took them 8 minutes to even take my card for me to pay. Then, as you can see the sandwich (supreme croissant) is so cold the cheese isn’t even attempted to be melted. I also ordered an iced coffee boba and the boba is so chewy and slimy it’s actually gross. I can see why there’s so many bad reviews of this place it’s gross. The lady made my coffee in the blender and then put the blender back in the fridge so no telling how long my coffee was in the fridge before I got there.
One of my chicken nuggets was not edible. Had to throw it out.

Just ordered in the drive thru, waited almost 40 minutes, and they forgot our fries & gave me the wrong burger. Tried to call because I wasn’t going to wait in the drive thru for another 30 minutes and the doors were locked. No answer. Insane because there were 5-6 people working, mostly on their phones though. Food is cold and I probably won’t return here.
