Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve been a frequent customer at Jersey Mike’s for a long time, but lately it just doesn’t feel worth the price. On my most recent visit, I paid extra for additional meat and there was barely any difference on the sandwich. For how much these subs cost now, the portions should match what you’re paying for. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like the value is there anymore

Extremely frustrated with tonight’s service. Our family decided to order three sandwiches for delivery (Uber Eats). We are not sure if it’s the fault of the store or the fault of the driver, but we were missing one of our sandwiches. When we opened the bag, there were two sandwiches and an empty wrapper. The bag was not stickered closed either. We called the store and drove across town to get the missing sandwich. Upon further inspection one of the sandwiches had the wrong ingredients, but we were not going to drive all the way back again. We were refunded for the one sandwich that was missing, but we would have liked a total refund, whether through the store or Uber itself. Disappointed that we waited an hour for incorrect and subpar food. Will not be returning or using this store’s services in the future.

Ariel (manager), Rose, and the rest of the staff at this Jersey Mike’s location have been consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. My orders are wrong more often than not, and instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they try to shift the blame onto the customer. I even have a recorded phone call of the manager speaking in a shockingly unprofessional tone, which I’ll be submitting to corporate through both email and phone.

This visit was the final straw. It’s made me lose all trust in Jersey Mike’s as a brand, and I’ll be warning friends and family about the type of behavior this location apparently considers acceptable. Honestly, people are better off spending their money somewhere else.

On top of that, the food handling and cooking practices I witnessed were far from acceptable. For the sake of public health, this store should absolutely be evaluated by state inspectors.

The manager (Ariel) and staff (All Staff and Rose) at this location are unbelievably rude. They consistently get orders wrong, and when you point out the mistake, they try to blame you for it. I even have a recorded call of the manager speaking in an extremely unprofessional manner, which I will be forwarding to corporate by phone and email.

This experience has completely turned me away from Jersey Mike’s as a whole, and I’ll be making sure everyone I know understands the kind of “training” their employees receive. People would be better off taking their business elsewhere.

Additionally, the staff were not properly following food prep or cooking guidelines. For the sake of public safety, the state may want to conduct a health inspection at this location.

Had an Italian Sub, it was really awesome. The staff was friendly and efficient, kudos to them. They set the standard, keep up the great work.

They pretend to be out of bread so they can close early. Hope you didn’t drive out of your way to get there.

I like Jerseys mikes but every time they mess up the order. Maybe some refresher coarse or insensitive so can get the orders right

Went in for a sandwich and cannot believe how the employees were being treated. the manager there was just utterly rude to the workers. she has no excuse to be that harsh to others. should be ashamed and fired

It was alright. The service was kinda slow. The value was okay. The price we paid was expected given it's a franchise. I felt like the place was in a hurry, and it wasn't to make my food. The quality was eh. Could have been better.

It's good I always get a Philly cheese stake sandwich. It comes with jalapeños which is a little unusual in my opinion but it's good.

This franchise owner CLEARLY doesn't care about the customer. I paid FOUR DOLLARS for extra meat and if I got anything extra , I couldn't see it. The salami, pepperoni, and capacola were sliced SO THIN I couldn't taste it and there was only one PAPER-THIN layer of those. IF I go back to jersey mikes it WON'T be to THIS location. TOTAL RIPOFF!!
