Went in for a sandwich and cannot believe how the employees were being treated. the manager there was just utterly rude to the workers. she has no excuse to be that harsh to others. should be ashamed and fired
It was alright. The service was kinda slow. The value was okay. The price we paid was expected given it's a franchise. I felt like the place was in a hurry, and it wasn't to make my food. The quality was eh. Could have been better.

It's good I always get a Philly cheese stake sandwich. It comes with jalapeños which is a little unusual in my opinion but it's good.

This franchise owner CLEARLY doesn't care about the customer. I paid FOUR DOLLARS for extra meat and if I got anything extra , I couldn't see it. The salami, pepperoni, and capacola were sliced SO THIN I couldn't taste it and there was only one PAPER-THIN layer of those. IF I go back to jersey mikes it WON'T be to THIS location. TOTAL RIPOFF!!

The woman who I’m guessing is the general manager is very aggressive and outwardly rude to the employees right in front of the whole restaurant. It’s completely unprofessional, she’s obviously young and can’t balance work and home. She should not be treating or speaking to anyone in the matter she does. The food was good but the atmosphere and the overall vibe of the general manager is the problem.

I go here for doordash, their already 6 minutes late, so 16 minutes they've had the order. The order i was waiting for is the same order as a Woman that is a walk in order about 6 minutes after i was already there and they use the same steak that was meant for my sandwich's and use it on the walk in causing me to wait an additonal 15 minutes.
This isn't exactly new btw, they have done in the past multiple times but usually this bad.
This just straight up pissed me off. Am I not also a person? Just because i am making a few bucks off of this doesnt mean my time isn't any less valuable.
I don’t normally write reviews . But I had to review today . My local fountain Jersey mikes has always been amazing but today really blew my mind . I mentioned that I was pregnant and requested pickles on the side as I am craving them (I placed an Online order) Not only did they include EXTRA pickles for me . They also personally called me to make sure I didn’t want my turkey sub warmed up. It just really made me feel special and I think they all deserve some kudos . I love my local fountain Jersey mikes!

This is the only location that never has wheat bread. The employee states that they are predominately military and they don’t eat wheat bread. I said we’re military and we only eat wheat bread. I guess I’ll have to always go to the store on Constitution/Carefree. No response from the employee.

Great! kids work at this location. Who are willing to work hard and take pride in their job. However, Junior stood out from a previous visit, so I must brag on him just a tad. He is an exceptional well mannered young man. Kudos to his parents for raising such a respectful young man. You don’t run into too many respectable genuine young adults these days. We had a issue with a previous DoorDash order… He was very professional, apologetic, and patient. He even remembered the issue a few months down the line when I re-ordered he was super helpful, and ensured the same issue didn’t occur again. Thanks! Junior & team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service killed this one. The food and atmosphere were on point. What rubbed me wrong was my sandwich was made by a trio of rude workers. It was 8:15pm 10/13 and I walked into the most unfriendly business establishment in a very long time. It was easy to deduce that the workers were upset with a late customer since they were already cleaning up to go home for the night. However the store didn't close until 9pm which left ample time for sandwich making and cleaning. What happened to service with a smile? For the trio of rude workers, It's not hard to make a sandwich, you should really figure out how not to make paying customers feel unwelcome.
