I wanted to write this review to give a shout out to the amazing team that works at this location. My son is autistic and very difficult to get him to eat but he eats “JJ’S” EVERYDAY. At this point we go every day I feel like I should work there. The staff wrap his sandwich with the original wrap because he didn’t like the pickle picture on the new one!
This location is doing it right and know you are all so appreciated!

Used to eat here almost daily. My daughter got what looked like a moldy sub and came to show them just to politely give a heads up. I even said that it could maybe be the pan they used leaving a residue even though it looks like mold. One lady, who looked like was the manager, rudely dismissed it and walked away without even giving me a chance to speak. I wasn’t even asking for money back or anything. Still unsure if it was mold or the pan as we never had this issue before and have had well over 50 subs.

Had to try the Giant Toasted Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Sandwich! Pretty good!! Excellent customer service!!

$11 for a sandwich and one thing layer of meat very disappointing, such a rip off!!!! Won't go there again, just go to subway across the street at least you get meat on your sandwich

I like JJ's but the constant price increases are too much. Over $11 for a sandwich now. Bye!

One of the bags of chips were stale. Sandwich had one (3) slices of meat but spread out so far it was (1) slice thick. It was a very tasty sandwich and I'm sure it would have been outstanding had it been made like advertised. Fountain coke was still fresh and crisp after being on delivery in 95° weather. Thought the price was way to high of $34 for ½ sub, chips, pickle, and chips and tip of almost 6.00 using Jimmy John's %'age calculations and going mid range. Will keep the delivery ordering down to once or twice a year.

Incompetent Staff worst JJ I’ve ever been to. I don’t think the staff knows how to change the syrup in the soda it was bizarre.

Alicia, Mars, Aiden, and Tessa were awesome helping me pick stuff out for my son and me. They were super friendly when I came in, and the service was great!

I went in to order a sub and the workers decided to get frustrated that I wanted my order toasted. They continued to hound me about taking the sandwich untoasted even tho I wanted it toasted. As we sat down waiting for our food they asked 2 more times if I wanted the sandwiche that was already made because they didn't wanna have to remake the sandwich because they failed on there part. Overall just an unprofessional experience.

This location used to be great. However, we went today and it took a long time to get our our. Freaky slow. And to top it off we got home and our sandwiches were not correct. I get things happen but judging by the other reviews recently there are some underlying issues here.

Fast and friendly service. Just go.
