One of the bags of chips were stale. Sandwich had one (3) slices of meat but spread out so far it was (1) slice thick. It was a very tasty sandwich and I'm sure it would have been outstanding had it been made like advertised. Fountain coke was still fresh and crisp after being on delivery in 95° weather. Thought the price was way to high of $34 for ½ sub, chips, pickle, and chips and tip of almost 6.00 using Jimmy John's %'age calculations and going mid range. Will keep the delivery ordering down to once or twice a year.

I went in to order a sub and the workers decided to get frustrated that I wanted my order toasted. They continued to hound me about taking the sandwich untoasted even tho I wanted it toasted. As we sat down waiting for our food they asked 2 more times if I wanted the sandwiche that was already made because they didn't wanna have to remake the sandwich because they failed on there part. Overall just an unprofessional experience.

This location used to be great. However, we went today and it took a long time to get our our. Freaky slow. And to top it off we got home and our sandwiches were not correct. I get things happen but judging by the other reviews recently there are some underlying issues here.

I went to Jimmy John's this morning and the lady working and drive-thru named Chris had excellent customer service. She deserves a recognition for her outstanding customer service and friendly attitude . She mentioned she used to work at Papa John's because I had Papa John's boxes in my passenger seat.

I was going to order delivery until I saw the bs Uber eats crap y’all are doing and increasing the prices arbitrarily because it’s dElIvErY. You are not a third party deliverer. I’m getting Jersey Mike’s instead. Gfys

Past review:
My order has taken an exceedingly long time to be completed and order delivered multiple times now, and my sandwich has either been wrong or in poor quality.
