One of the bags of chips were stale. Sandwich had one (3) slices of meat but spread out so far it was (1) slice thick. It was a very tasty sandwich and I'm sure it would have been outstanding had it been made like advertised. Fountain coke was still fresh and crisp after being on delivery in 95° weather. Thought the price was way to high of $34 for ½ sub, chips, pickle, and chips and tip of almost 6.00 using Jimmy John's %'age calculations and going mid range....

I went to Jimmy John's this morning and the lady working and drive-thru named Chris had excellent customer service. She deserves a recognition for her outstanding customer service and friendly attitude . She mentioned she used to work at Papa John's because I had Papa John's boxes in my passenger seat.
