Supervisor unfriendly on this shift. Acted like any special requests was a bother to her. Customer pays should be able to request their food the way they want. Also annoying sign: No military discounts, no senior citizen discounts. The military serve this country to protect us and put their lives in danger and this is the gratitude they get? Most seniors have a small budget. This country is getting sorry.

Ordered to go in the lobby because truck is too big. Famous bowl had chicken that was probably more than an hour old, and barely any at that. I was told they were out of fries. And the chicken sandwich had chicken that was so difficult to take a bite out of, I actually drove back and requested a refund. Also the lobby attendant was mildly unpleasant. The root beer was good though.

Having the worst day drove all the way from Denver had to sit around for a couple hours before I got the kid figured I'd get me some lunch at KFC cause of the biscuits and I didn't get a biscuit. The chicken was gross and my root beer taste like diet

We ordered about 100.00 worth of food didn't get any sauces biscuits were hard As a rock our mashed potato had no gravy and one bowl had no chicken did realize this till we got home they were not busy bur 30 mins it too which wouldn't been bad at all if our order was correct

Well, shoot. Went and got an 8 piece bucket, and SIX of the pieces were dried up breasts! Gave us no gravy for the mashed potatoes. Was i supposed to order the gravy? Is that something new? Dried chicken breast and dry mashed potatoes are what I ate. Hey, did you know most of the flavor of the mashed potatoes comes from the gravy? Try the mashed potatoes next time with no gravy and tell me how it tasted. No more KFC for this family. So disappointed.

Never again I ordered six of the 3 piece chicken strip boxes I don't know how dumb people could be but all they gave me was six boxes with three chicken strips in it no sides no biscuits and the wait was over 30 minutes never again will I go to this

This 12 piece meal was the worst we have ever gotten from this KFC, the chicken was almost burnt, the potatoes were watery, and there were no plates that I had requested, and one of the butter packets was leaking out all over the food! The worst 43.00 I ever spent!

Got the 20 dollar fill up, recieved a breast, a thigh,3 legs and 2 wings through drive thru. All were the puniest I've ever seen. Called them and told them, they said it happens when they are low on pieces. Didn't offer to make it right. I'm done and KFC. Just went again 9/17/24,website says open at 10am, door says lobby open at 10am. 10:17 gave popeyes my money.
