Asked what sort of condiments did they have for the onion rings and the older lady with glasses, (I’m assuming the manager) laughed, said, “JuSt KeTcHuP ”, then called me ma’am (more laughter which I ignored), and I went to their window and asked again what condiments do they other than ketchup because they refused to tell me. Furthermore, after getting to the window I had a discussion with the rude manager old lady about how she did not need to be rude as it’s her job to tell me as I don’t work there, never will as a US Army Veteran, it isn’t my job to know, it’s your job…Nevertheless, I got my order and they deliberately over saturated my Cod sandwich I order (look at photos, it’s absolutely soaked) when I did nothing wrong or was rude myself, just kindly asked her not to be rude as it wasn’t appreciated. I’m appalled with the unprofessionalism of this place, especially from an older woman who should have an high enough IQ to know better on how to treat customers, especially when your the problem.PS. They also didn’t give me fries for my Cod Sandwich combo which I paid for. Sickening. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

went to pick up our order , got there 20+ minutes before it said it’ll be ready and was willing to wait inside !! all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly and make conversation while we waited! and they moved fast and got us our food in a good time! we got the 50 piece nuggets for the fam to try and it was very yummy !! ?

There's always a long wait. They make you pull around to the front and wait forever. Food is hit or miss not cooked or over cooked. Stopped about 10:30 tonight because my daughter likes the fries. Orded, waited in drive behind another vehicle for like 10 minutes. Finally they came to the window I thought they told that guy to pull around front cause they never gave him anything. When we pulled up to the window the girl says they are out of frys and the frier is shut down. What ever why are you open then why take my order. When we pulled out the guy in front of us never parked he was pulling out. I imagine they told him they had no food. There were 2 cars in the drive when we left the parking lot. Why are they taking orders! Ridiculous!

Been years since I ate at KFC. On a whim, I tried it today for a change of pace. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuits were just like I remember them, really good. The four piece chicken was not very good. Original recipe, was awful greasy, didn't have the flavor I used to love.

I cannot believe how terrible the food is here!!!!! It's absolutely foul my chicken was cold and still raw when I got it and when I asked for a refund they said no. The fries were soggy and I got food poisoning. Never eating here again.

I never leave reviews but this was terrible. I ordered a 12 piece bucket meal at 7pm. I definitely didn't get the wrong order because I asked for original and they told me is half original and half crispy ok. I said sure. I got 9 pieces of chicken in a bucket and every drum was the size of something I would get from buffalo wild wings or a Walmart Tyson chicken nugget package that got recalled for having too much plastic and cancer in it. I would prefer the cancer than to ever step foot in the general direction of this place again. I'm actually mad I spent 40$ and also didn't get one of my sides. When I have children I'm going to tell them to stay away from here. I also had to wait so long those children are probably born already.

Was Told to wait on chicken. Had to remind workers about food . Thought it was funny I wanted my money back and I waited 14mins when was told 6. Go to popeyes it's better n wont hav staff laugh because of they mistakes. Manager was part of laughing.

Told 7 minute wait for wings. After 15 minutes and going inside told another 8 minutes because they didn't start my food. After 42 minutes I finally received my food. Not understaffed at all. Lied to at least 6 people who also had the exact same issue during my 45 minute stay. DO BETTER
