Unfortunately it's went downhill over the last couple weeks. You can drive to the next closest Mcdonalds, get food there, and return faster than getting food here. Last 3 attempts have taken 30 minutes each. Always people at the register trying to get their orders fixed or refunds.

This is our preferred location not because they are great but because the other locations near us are really bad. At this location I'd say my order is correct at least 50% of the time and the staff here is pretty friendly. I've experienced extremely rude service at the two other locations closest to us. Also there is no play place here like the picture suggests.

I dont normally get food from here, each time i do its fantastic, and idk what it was about today december 2nd at around 1120. But the gentleman at first window is always very nice. And idk why, musta been the beautiful girl handing my food out, but my food was fantastic, great job yall

I've been coming to this mcds for years as I live nearby. But this last time was just wow. 20 minutes to pick up counter order. 2 items. And then the nuggets were barely warm at all and very tough from sitting awhile. At least the drink was cold. And the lobby was really dirty which it is usually clean. Despite the amount of ppl waiting no one gave any updates on food or checked on those waiting.

Always park you and bring your food out cold. By the time you get your food, your ice in your drink has melted. What happened to McDonald's? They suck
Fast, friendly service and got my dog a Pup cup with a Chicken Nugget in it. Food was very good.

I went through the drive through today to order dinner for my family I ordered 3 spicy mcchickens plain as part of the order. I checked the bag and it was regular mcchickens so I go through the drive through again and they proceeded to give me only 2 to correct the order and not spicy again. I go back to let them know that I was missing a mcchicken and they were all was supposed to be spicy. The lady at the window said “what are you missing now” and I apologized like a dummy for their mistake. Anyways my food was all wrong they ended up only giving me one spicy mcchicken and it wasn’t plain. I ended up leaving because my newborn was crying in the car and their communication is obviously horrible. I have worked in the food industry before and worst customer service ever experienced and a very incompetent staff
