I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and waited over 30 minutes for my food. When I asked about my order, the manager, Angie, refused to honor it because it didn’t show up in their system. She insisted I needed a code from the app to look up my order, but the app never provided one. I tried showing my email receipt, which clearly confirmed my payment and location, but she refused to accept it. Each time I attempted to explain, she repeated that she needed a code and eventually told me not to wave my phone in her face. When I asked if she really expected me to leave without my food and dispute a $9.01 charge, she said yes and told me I had to leave. Extremely frustrating experience with unhelpful and dismissive service.

Asked for 3 large no salt well done fries got 2x large and 1x small, had to correct the order twice even though it's stated correct on the receipt and the food was cold by then. Ordered at 2:31 and it's 2:50 and I'm still waiting... what happened to fast food being fast. On a side note there is 4 door dash people who have been waiting outside for their order... I don't think I'll be coming back to this location anytime soon.

On a new order: everytime I come up hear I dread it because I know they are going to fick up the order part of my order was a double cheese burger combo with ONLY onion and what happens only one comes out with ONLY onion and the other comes out with pickles and ketchup, and to top it off the young black lady that came out to deliver our fries no salt well done which were wrong at the window came out acting very cocky...

12/27/25: ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with tomatoes lettuce and cheese... got a plain spicy with all the sauce on the outside of the bun... legally people need fired... illegally... nvm

He said it was open Christmas Day. So we opened presents early. It went down, got in the lineup. Take out cars were in line. Somebody was inside most cars stayed for a while and then let we made it to the order window and sit there and just left. If the short staff go and nobody's getting food close

Had to park and wait 20 minutes for two kids meals. My niece said to rate them -1000 stars because this place runs worse than any other fast food place.

Hope that you guys stop giving out old food. You gave us sandwiches that had been sitting out, they were old, bad, sour, and hot. I didn't eat the food. My hubs ate alittle bit of his. We can't come back today because we're busy.
You guys don't answer the phone. It sucks that we paid 20 bucks on 2 meals just to throw the food in the trash.

This McDonald's always has the nicest drive-thru staff. I love that they employ such great individuals; however, no matter what day or time I go, I am always parked for a minimum of ten minutes waiting for food and even then, my sauce is missing 90% of the time. It's never a quick process, and it's rarely under ten minutes.

Went to go pick up my order today and saw a sight so familiar I have decided to stop going here. That was the manager with the name tag Angie, who was yelling at all of her employees using very unprofessional language over small things. As someone that managed a fast food store, I don’t understand how she is the manager of that store. Micromanaging your employees to the point where orders are not getting done and causing massive backup problems with orders and leave customers waiting on their orders for hours at a time. It’s no wonder this store has fallen so greatly in the leaderboard. If she is a manager I could only imagine the rest of the leadership at this McDonald’s franchise.

Avoid if you want your food done at a timely pace and if it isn’t, I promise it’s likely the management causing delays based off of multiple visits, hearing the same childish arguments behind manager and employees in the background that get excessively loud.

Very poor service and mismanaged operation. Waited 35 minutes for food to be delivered to our table (never happened) to find out it was just sitting in the back. At least it was very clean. Food tastes like McDonalds.
