Very poor service and mismanaged operation. Waited 35 minutes for food to be delivered to our table (never happened) to find out it was just sitting in the back. At least it was very clean. Food tastes like McDonalds.

This is the worst McDonalds. Time and again they mess up our orders. We are always missing something from our online/app orders. At this point, our family is done giving this location multiple chances to improve, but we can no longer waste money on items we are not getting.

Not open 25 hours as shown in Google. I was there at 0530 am and waited for 1t mon at the drive through for an answer. I drove to the windownto see if I could get someone attention and nobody was on the building. Please post correct hours if not open 24 hours a day.
I stopped to order 1 breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee in Pueblo, CO. I get back on the road to make an appointment in a nearby city and reach for my sandwich......it wasn't what I ordered. Continued to my destination city, Colorado Springs. Stopped at the South area McDonald's and wanted my sandwich switched for what I ordered and even went inside so I could double check it was the spicy egg McMuffin and not the sausage one. Folks, I kid you not. Took me 4 more tries to get the right sandwich. Really bad show at both McDonalds. Management needs improvement throughout so that serving staff can get an order correct the 1st time, not the 5th.

Edit: Total time 40 minutes and they forgot TWO whole burgers. Theft? Lmao y’all are a joke.

This store has the worst customer service. My car is in the shop so I ordered from door dash. My order was supposed to be delivered at 9pm the driver was still at the store at 9:30pm. This is unacceptable they had over an hour to prepare their fast food (joke). I will never go back to this location.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. What's the point of going through a drive thru if I have to wait curbside🤔🤔? Kind of defeats the purpose, no? The employee at the drive thru told me to wait in a curbside slot that was already occupied. Once I saw that, I proceeded to go in to inquire about my order. I spoke, to what I assume to be the manger, and was met with condescension. Once I actually got my food, I noticed they had left part of it out. In frustration, I didn't even bother to ask about it and just left. I'd give this establishment negative stars if I could.
