Reason for the 3 star my other order came out just right except my chicken Buffalo papadias and wasn't done right at all. Straight lazy! I've never had an issue with this place until now. This is the reason I hesitate to tip.

Sadly this is the worst Papa Johns I've ever ordered food from. The service here is so poor that the food frequently arrives with items missing or the order is just wrong. It's probably the only pizza place I've ever ordered from that apparently doesnt provide training on how to cut a pizza because the food always shows up uncut. When calling to try to correct the missing or incorrect order problems the workers just argue with you offering no resolution. The icing on the cake is the last two times we've ordered from this location there have been wads of hair in the pizza ... as in under the cheese. So imagine taking a bite and having your mouth filled with someone else's hair. It's absolutely disgusting. After the first time my wife wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. The EXACT same thing happened. I will never eat from here again.

This is the worst Papa Johns pizza I ever had. During the day its good but the night shift pizza is terrible. They didn't cook my pizza all the way and this is the 2nd time they have done this. Please bring a manager in to supervise the night shift so they can cook the pizza right. Sincerely a disappointed Army Soldier.

I'm glad I took a gamble with this place. You know what's amazing when you order enough pizza for an entire week? When it arrives looking like pizza. Kudos to your delivery driver who was very courteous and didn't toss the pizzas around in the box, something the other big chain drivers seem keen on doing.
Laura the delivery driver was great. I truly appreciate her gratitude she’s well deserving obviously. Thanks for the compliment as well this Dad gained some bragging rights tonight. Food was solid too.

I was trying to make an online order and I needed help so I took my phone in and asked for help. She helped me and got me a coupon for my pizza, it was delicious!!!
Vegetarian options: I would like to have whole garlic on my pizza, I had it in Pueblo and it was amazing with pineapple!!!
Kid-friendliness: Our kids eat everything pepperoni, sausage and cheese!

Ordeted last night. My pizza was undercooked with raw onions on it. Barely any toppings and dough was not fully cooked. First time ordering from here in 2 years, big mistake. Beware of the chicken wings too, they were so tiny! Waste of $50.00!

Got carry out from this Papa John's for the first time tonight. Both of our pizzas were perfect! No issues with our order and it was a good deal with the large pizza for $13.99 coupons!
