The garlic stuffed crust pizza was so moist the slices were falling apart as we tried eating them. It was essentially a soup pizza. It was so gross. And the "Brooklyn" style pizza had a weird taste to it. We ended it just throwing it all away last night. I wasn't going to leave a bad review because I was hoping it was maybe just an off night, but I got a nasty note from the Raccoons living in my trash this morning asking me to do better. So here it is: this is not good pizza. They don't know how to cook it.

Papa Johns as a whole is getting too expensive, but this location takes the cake. No discount codes from the Papa Johns website works on this specific location, the quality you get varies from order to order... Honestly, this location needs a change in ownership, not management.25$ for 1 large pizza is insane. Utterly insane. That is restaurant quality prices for fast food quality product and service. I feel worst for the employees here who have to suffer for the owner's greed.

What is the point of having contactless delivery on your website if you're not going to do so? The driver proceeds to ring the doorbell and wait. There is a reason why I chose the contactless delivery. Take it off your website if your not going to do it.From the looks of this locations reviews corporate needs to start getting involved with the fountain location asap.
Food is as good as Fast-Food Pizza goes. You can obviously get better pizza elsewhere, but the convenience and speed is why you order from any pizza chain. Overall, better quality than Dominoes, but not as pricey as Pizza Hut. I've read other reviews about the service, but I have never had any issues with any of the workers or drivers. Those reviews are also outdated IMO, so it may have just gotten better and learned from their past.

Absolutely Horrible customer service Over the phone. Ordered a pizza at 4:28 and its now 7:38 and still no pizza. The staff offered no apology, and very rude. The girl Angelina that we originally talked to had no training what so ever and the Manager who they said was named Aretha didn't try to help what so ever. Do not recommend this papa johns at all!

Horrible pizza. Topping was nonexistent, I ordered a large epic garlic stuff crust with sausage and it was barely any sausage on it. I didn't order extra but the pizza was full with cheese. The papadita was barely satisfying. It was greasy and too cheesy. I wanted more meat and vegetables... cool people though. I know they working hard but they to focus on quality and not rush the food. I get they're trying to get many orders done but this kind service keep people away.
