The service is absolutely awful! When I called to report that my pizza wasn’t delivered, I was told to just wait and that it had been happening all night. I said I didn’t think it would arrive because the email I got says “carry out,” I ordered delivery, and the tracker attached to the email says “delivery” but for Friday the 27th. Today’s the 25th so the system is a mess. They told me the pizza would be refunded but never asked for name or number so I asked how they knew who to refund the order to (I could tell I was getting the run around). She passed me off to a manager who also made it sound like the pizza would be refunded but when I asked him to confirm who it would be refunded to, he yelled at me and told me to take it up with his boss tomorrow, then hung up. I called back and explained I was hung up on and again got hung up on. I will definitely talk to the manager, in person, and show a screen shot of the tracker. Those employees have zero customer service skills.

I ordered a pan pizza and got a normal crust. The issue is the fact that you pay more and to not get it. It's frustrating

Ordered through the website only to find out they used DoorDash. Didn’t get my whole order. Called the store and they promised it would be resent immediately. Never got it. Will never order from here again.
General manager Ron when calling about an order, handled it flawlessly. Ron was very polite and understanding about the mishap that happened on an order and helped us fix it right away and saved our daughters birthday party with guests! Very great person to have running a location!!
Normally our orders from here are pretty decent but I guess that's because we usually order in the middle of the day or the morning. Last night's service was absolutely awful. We ordered a pizza online and received it completely smashed and had sauce when we had ordered it without for my daughter's allergies. When my wife called back to redo the order they sent us out a completely different Pizza. It did not have all of the toppings that we had paid for. For 73$ for a pizza, wings and cheese sticks orders should be flawless. Very disappointed. And will not be returning for quite sometime unless it's to the early morning staff who really seems to care about the quality of food they put out.

They use Door Dash for starters so expect your food to be an hour later than they say. This.isnt the first time this has happened to us. Last time we were missing food and again it tool forever to get missing items. So this.is just a warning to expect 1-2 hr wait.

I put in a delivery order and they don't even have delivery drivers anymore so when I put zero for tip (planning on paying a cash tip) literally nobody picked up my order and they never contacted me about the order. I had to call 90min after placing the order and get transferred 6 TIMES! just to find out what was going on with my food. Rude customer service as well. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm done with pizza hut.

I ordered $50 worth of pizza from them at 455pm they said it would get delivered at 534 pm I wait patiently the clock hits 610 and still no pizza the app won't update just saying ur pizza will be delivered at 534pm well I have to leave for work by 630pm to work a overnight shift so I call and they say my order has been picked up and should have arrived a long time ago well I'm calling because it hasn't sir so I ask for a refund and then they say I can't get a refund I can either reorder or I can get a credit for the amount if i shall call back no I won't be calling back now I have to go pick it up so I won't be hrs late for work this is ridiculous I won't be ordering from them again they will never get my business

Busted a molar on a 'chicken wing' which was actually a sliver of a boneless chicken. Avoid their food.

They are using door dash to deliver food at lunch time. Drivers are expecting more of a tip. If I wanted to use door dash I would. If Pizza Hut hires delivery drivers they need to use delivery drivers and stop making excuses for calling door dash.

A man that works there, nose started bleeding. I hope he did not make the food afterwards. That is unsanitary, unsafe and dangerous to serve food like that and risk people getting sick. I love Pizza Hut but I will have to take a break from them until I know they are clean, I was scared to eat my food and could not stomach it.

Pizza was flat. Barely any sauce so every bite was dry. Chocolate donuts were torn apart once I opened the box. Very disappointing move night.
I appreciate their quick delivery times. Their pizza is always delicious along with their wings. Can’t recommend the Pizza Box enough! I don’t even touch the others anymore!

Probably the last time I’ll ever order here. Usually I don’t have any issues with my order, but what I have to witness today is awful. Poor customer service, lack of care or empathy, and too slow. I’m pretty sure that delivering a pizza ON TIME isn’t that difficult to do it’s simple. Ordered at 4:18 and should’ve been delivered by 4:49. Instead it was delivered at 5:10. Waited almost an half hour just for a medium cheese pizza. Go to papa John’s or dominos Wouldn’t recommend this location.

These guys confidently tell you about their electronic tipping with their poor service. Worse manager in charge. I'm just picking up my order, but the front-end cashier can't find it. She has to get the person in charge. I gave my name. This person in charge said I'm sorry it says in the app it's ready in 5 min, but it's not. I didn't even complain, but just for them to look for my order, that's ready. So I said I put it in for 5:30, it's now 5:55. He said I'm sorry other people also place orders.
The front-end lady also needs serious training. I watched her getting frustrated over the phone today because once again, she couldn't find the order online. She slams the phone and calls for help from the kitchen. Everyone who came to her aid can literally see the name for the orders.
