I ordered $50 worth of pizza from them at 455pm they said it would get delivered at 534 pm I wait patiently the clock hits 610 and still no pizza the app won't update just saying ur pizza will be delivered at 534pm well I have to leave for work by 630pm to work a overnight shift so I call and they say my order has been picked up and should have arrived a long time ago well I'm calling because it hasn't sir so I ask for a refund and then they say I can't get a refund I can either reorder or I can get a credit for the amount if i shall call back no I won't be calling back now I have to go pick it up so I won't be hrs late for work this is ridiculous I won't be ordering from them again they will never get my business

They are using door dash to deliver food at lunch time. Drivers are expecting more of a tip. If I wanted to use door dash I would. If Pizza Hut hires delivery drivers they need to use delivery drivers and stop making excuses for calling door dash.

A man that works there, nose started bleeding. I hope he did not make the food afterwards. That is unsanitary, unsafe and dangerous to serve food like that and risk people getting sick. I love Pizza Hut but I will have to take a break from them until I know they are clean, I was scared to eat my food and could not stomach it.

Probably the last time I’ll ever order here. Usually I don’t have any issues with my order, but what I have to witness today is awful. Poor customer service, lack of care or empathy, and too slow. I’m pretty sure that delivering a pizza ON TIME isn’t that difficult to do it’s simple. Ordered at 4:18 and should’ve been delivered by 4:49. Instead it was delivered at 5:10. Waited almost an half hour just for a medium cheese pizza. Go to papa John’s or dominos Wouldn’t recommend this location.

These guys confidently tell you about their electronic tipping with their poor service. Worse manager in charge. I'm just picking up my order, but the front-end cashier can't find it. She has to get the person in charge. I gave my name. This person in charge said I'm sorry it says in the app it's ready in 5 min, but it's not. I didn't even complain, but just for them to look for my order, that's ready. So I said I put it in for 5:30, it's now 5:55. He said I'm sorry other people also place orders.
The front-end lady also needs serious training. I watched her getting frustrated over the phone today because once again, she couldn't find the order online. She slams the phone and calls for help from the kitchen. Everyone who came to her aid can literally see the name for the orders.

Never again are we ordering pizza from this location.. We ordered a pizza at 530, it arrived at 630 and was totally wrong and even had no sauce on it and they forgot the wings.
I told the delivery guy they forgot the wings so he said he would be back with them 45 minutes later we got them cold
I called the store after finding out the pizza was wrong and the girl told me she would send a replacement right away, that was 630, at 8 I called back as we had not received the pizza and I was told they had not yet made it.
They would not refund my money just give me a credit at a store I don’t want to go back to.
We haven’t ordered from that store in about 6 months because it is always a hassle and the pizza is always wrong, but we wanted to retry again as we use to like it and they were once very good many years ago. I can not belueve they are still in business.

We ordered pickup on the website. The pizzas on the order were very different from each other but the ones we got were identical. Lady at the counter was nice.
I came down with SEVERE food poisoning after eating here. I was vomiting whole olives and mushrooms for hours the day after, and even now, haven't fully recovered. Severe fever, diarehea, vomiting, chills, and muscle pain.
I will be seeking my money back. After this experience, I will never again eat at a pizza hut again in my entire life, and will be advising my friends and family to do the same. This food is poison. Stay away at all costs.

OMG! The absolute worst Customer Service I have experienced in my entire life! Promotion was buy any large and receive a large free on next order. I ordered on Three separate occasions during this promotion and never received any so called free large pizza. Now I think I know why they say "On your next order instead of while your placing your current order is because you'll never see it!" LOL.. I spent $51.40 for 2 Large specialty pizza's. Trust me when I say it is not free because at that price you already paid for it! Hey Pizza Hut! Stop assuming that everyone is stupid! You will call Pizza Huts local store associated with your order, they will give you Pizza Hut's main Customer Service number, you will call that number only to never be able to talk to anyone about your complaint or experience and the recording will specifically tell you that all concerns, comments, experience, etc, associated with an order you call local store associated with order. No resolution to your problem! Would give -0 for rating if I could... WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN OR CONTRIBUTE TO ANYONE AFFILIATED! I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM EITHER!
