Shipley Do-Nuts

I usually love coming here however I haven’t been in a few months and noticed the service has gone down hill. I stood at the front counter almost 5 minutes waiting to be helped there’s a girl in the back with her AirPods in giggling in the back with whoever she’s on the phone with. Another girl is just standing back there until someone came in the drive thru then proceeded to ignore me. I wouldn’t have mind waiting if they had at least acknowledged me or said something. Top it all off they didn’t have the donuts that came with the box I ordered and had an attitude saying “green and white are basically the same so…” I said okay thank you no problem and left.

I had a great experience when picking up a large order for work the other day. Jackson helped me out by making an additional batch of kolaches for me because I forgot to place the order ahead of time. Only took about 25 minutes and he had me set up and good to go. Great staff and great kolaches.

The staff were very kind, the service was fast, and the donuts were yummy! I also enjoyed my cappuccino.

I loved the variety of do-nuts! Cream filled, lemon filled, cinnamon apple, maple and more. Our server Hannah was awesome!

Ordered four assorted dozens. Got eight different flavors 6 of each. Two flavors per box. Didn't find out they don't mix each box until they were passed out to different locations across base. If you're buying for multiple groups make sure you mix them up yourself before passing them out.

Walked in no greeting place was empty stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged it existed.

Honestly, such a disappointment. Used to love this place but the quality has gone down the drain. Ordered online just to be told they didn’t have the majority of what I ordered. The kolaches we ended up with taste burnt and like they’ve been sitting out for days. They forgot one of our donuts, and the ones we did get were cold and hard as a rock. So after spending $30 I’m back home cooking breakfast. Won’t be returning.
