They were so accommodating for my large kolache order, I was SO HAPPY to learn that there is a Shipley’s location just 40 minutes down the road from Pueblo. After moving to Colorado from Texas 12 years ago, this was a dream come true! I will be a repeat customer!

I love this place which is why such a high rating but I only ever get a kolache 1/4 of the time. They always run out before 9am and with my job I cannot always get there before 9. I feel like if you are running out 8 hrs before you close, you should have more being made. I only get a kolache with egg every 4-5 times I go.

Four stars because they were open. Chocolate filled donut head one teaspoon of chocolate in it. The donut was delicious because it's shipley's and shipleys is the best.

Today is my daughter's birthday, and this is my second time visiting this place. We arrived in the early afternoon when it was slow, but unfortunately, we didn’t feel welcomed. I mentioned that it was my daughter’s birthday, yet the staff only responded by telling me the cost of the donuts and didn’t acknowledge the special occasion. Even after our transaction, when I said thank you, the staff member did not reply with “you’re welcome.” Overall, we felt undervalued as customers, so I won’t be returning or recommending this place to others.
