The smoothies that they make here is very concise and efficient and the cashier who recommended me the recovery combo definitely help me increase my joint flexibility since I had a injury on my knee during my BJJ spar.

I come to Smoothie King during my lunch break at least once a week. I usually have a great experience, but today left me feeling like I never want to go back there. I ordered a gladiator strawberry with banana. I entered the store and saw a white smoothie in the fridge, but assumed it wasn’t mine because I ordered a strawberry drink. The kid at the fridge took it out and hesitated. Said he’d be right back. Seemed like he was rushed, despite me being the only customer in the store. Did a double take then handed me the smoothie. I asked if there was strawberry in this and he said yes out of uncertainty. I didn’t have time to argue with him as I needed to get back to base for work. I got back to my car and took one sip of it. Tasted like bananas with protein powder and ice….. Left feeling gaslighted. Think I’ll just make my smoothies at work now.

They make good quality smoothies,friendly staff and amazing customer service skills.
Came in to use rewards on an order, my boyfriend and I were given an attitude just for wanting to simply change the milk on a smoothie (since I’m lactose intolerant) and make a modification to another item. They forgot to scan rewards, made a new order, and placed the wrong smoothie in the order, refused to change it back for us. I was being very respectful, I did not give an attitude or change my tone, but he was getting defensive when I came back and pointed out the mistake. Walked in to save, walked out paying more than what we even got. The employee’s name is Gary I believe. I’ve never had an uncomfortable experience at smoothie king until now.

Be sure to stop by and see Josie, she is the most attentive, wonderful, service with a smile. She knows are order and asks if we want our usual. For a staff member who takes the time to know their customers and what they like is amazing customer service. She also takes her time to help new members of the team get acclimated to the environment and shows them and trains them when they have questions. She does not do stuff for them she teaches them which is a great person to have behind the counter. If Josie is not there we normally will not stop Josie has been the highlight of our entire experience at smoothie King and she is definitely a 10 out of 10. She makes our product to perfection and we always have a great experience when she's working.
