I love smoothie king because of its clean and welcoming environment. The employees are so kind and thoughtful helping me out and answering any questions I have.
Dietary restrictions: I love how this place is so diverse with the nutrition in each smoothie and smoothie. I especially love how there is different categories for everyone’s goal and mood, while keeping it healthier than other fast food industries.

Mobile ordered a smoothie a little less than 10 minutes after 3pm. Didnt get my order until 3:45 pm. Damn ridiculous timing for a smoothie.

Poor customer service. Ordered one drink (of which I’ve ordered multiple times) and received a different one. Brought it to their attention, of which I’m told I must’ve said the wrong name so technically I had to take it.
Wouldn’t have been so annoyed by this instance if I wasn’t allergic to the peanuts in the unknown drink they gave me.

I sat and watched 8 mobile orders get served before i got my order. 6 people who came in after me also got their order before me when I ordered my 1 drink before them. When I asked why they prioritize mobile orders before customers who are ordering when they walk in the lady said we don’t and walked away. So if you want to wait a long time and only have two people actually try to do their job while two other girls giggle in the back of the store come to this smoothie king location.
FIX THE AC! Great young staff, order is always fast and correct. AC has been out for over a week! I told them to stop working until it’s fixed! Hottest time of the year here! Unacceptable!

While the smoothies are always great and so is the staff, it's absolutely cruel to have your employees working with no AC during the hottest months of the year! Not even a fan, door proped open! Nothing for the kids that are working there. What a shame...

Definitely should have checked the reviews before coming here. My acai bowl was a liquidy mess and I live 4 minutes away from the store. This is ridiculous for $15 worth of product.

Walked in for the first time today excited to get an acai bowl since I haven’t had one since Hawaii, but noticed their fruits weren’t covered and had flies on and near most of them. Such a shame, was hoping this would be my wife and I new go to spot.
