I ordered a smoothie online, and asked for chocolate drizzle, honey, bananas, and just the smoothie blend. It was a delivery so I couldn't check it myself at the store. But they didnt add the chocolate drizzle, and the bananas were also hard to bite into. Its frustrating when you spend $15 to not be able to eat it (i cannot have hard foods). So i called asking for either a fix, or refund. My boyfriend let Mindy know that the banana was frozen, and she immediately got upset telling us she made it so it couldn't of been. Excuse me Mindy but did you bite my banana to make sure it wasn't frozen? I was fine with getting a new one or bringing it in, but she completely was raging over the phone and calling us liars. This is upsetting, especially because they are usually really wonderful about remaking food or adding things they've forgotten. Mindy is unprofessional. I hope shes not horrible to work with too.

I have been to MANY Smoothie Kings. They are always amazing and so friendly. Until, I arrived to this location. I’ve been three times now and the service is awful. I typically wait, way longer than anticipated and they are the least friendly people in town. Service, absolute fail!

The smoothie king on mesa ridge is horrible !!! I spent over 45 dollars on smoothies and they were all gross. also my brother in law ordered a spinach kale smoothie and we asked if there was pinapple and they said no, he is allergic to pinapppe. When I called to let them know we were coming back to return the smoothies they wouldn’t give us a refund. They said we had to get another drink when I have to take my brother in law to the hospital for allergic reaction

The smoothies that they make here is very concise and efficient and the cashier who recommended me the recovery combo definitely help me increase my joint flexibility since I had a injury on my knee during my BJJ spar.

Every time I have been in to this store the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Joyce especially has recommended several things and I have loved them all! She's super friendly and just seems happy to be there!
Even when its busy im never waiting long for my food. Its delicious and always tastes fresh. The customer service is very good as well. I see one employee, Joyous a lot, shes always very kind to me 💜. I always see myself coming back when i get off work

I come to Smoothie King during my lunch break at least once a week. I usually have a great experience, but today left me feeling like I never want to go back there. I ordered a gladiator strawberry with banana. I entered the store and saw a white smoothie in the fridge, but assumed it wasn’t mine because I ordered a strawberry drink. The kid at the fridge took it out and hesitated. Said he’d be right back. Seemed like he was rushed, despite me being the only customer in the store. Did a double take then handed me the smoothie. I asked if there was strawberry in this and he said yes out of uncertainty. I didn’t have time to argue with him as I needed to get back to base for work. I got back to my car and took one sip of it. Tasted like bananas with protein powder and ice….. Left feeling gaslighted. Think I’ll just make my smoothies at work now.
