Food tasted old. There were only a few cars parked so they didn't seem busy and they were out of something that came with our drinks and instead of making a swap for something of the same cost we were charged extra.
This meal from Sonic was a significant disappointment. The food was practically inedible. The burger was cold, dry, and lacked any discernible flavor. It was hard and difficult to chew, tasting as though it had been sitting out for a long time. The fries were equally bad, feeling stale and greasy to the touch. The overwhelming taste of old grease made them hard to swallow.
The service was what one would expect from a typical fast-food establishment – average. There was nothing particularly noteworthy, good or bad, about the interaction with the staff.
The atmosphere of the drive-thru felt like a gas station. It was functional but lacked any sense of a welcoming or pleasant dining experience. Overall, based on the quality of the food, I would not go there, meal went directly to trash.

I haven't eaten here for like alot of years so I have no idea what the food tastes like. Call me a karen but I HATE THE PICKLE SLUSH. I haven't tried it. I just saw the flier and my brain went into shutdown because of HOW REPULSIVE IT LOOKED. I KEEP SEEING THAT SLUSH IN MY NIGHTMARES IT'S TORTURING ME. But anyways yeah one star, just take my word for the pickle slush I'm going insane because of it.

If I could give -10 stars I would. Months ago I went here for DRINK. A single drink. Waited 30 minutes and then finally called. They brought it out and gave me a free drink for next time.
Just decided to try again, placed a mobile order, waited 24 minutes after checking in. No food. No drinks. Tried calling ELEVEN times and no answer. So I had no choice but to drive off because we had somewhere to be. No way to cancel the damn order. No way to communicate with the ignorance of this store.
They need new management big time. A good manager wouldn’t allow this to happen regardless of how “short handed” they may be.

This is by far the worst sonic . Always a wait time even for a drink. This location needs new management or needs to be shut down. I have worked at a sonic before and it should never take over 10minutes to make a drink and get it out to the costumer when it’s slow

This sonic has been trash for 20 yrs now, slow as hell, ordered 2 slushes and still waiting 30 minutes, owner when you read this, close this trash place down and retire

Honestly, if I could leave zero stars I would. I just went to sonic, ordered my food, and heard nothing or saw anything for 45 minutes. I rang the bell several times and no one answered. I understand that they are busy, but all I ordered was a hamburger. Super sad to say that the sonic is like this. I’ve been to other sonics that have been absolutely amazing! Zero out of five stars would recommend going to the sonic

So for the past few weeks. This location has been under-staffed and is trying their best to keep up with demand. Not to mention that the drive through is chaotic and hard to drive in safely when packed with vehicles. The least amount of time we waited for just a few slushies was 20 minutes. At most was 45 minutes. I don't blame the staff. I blame management and poor layout. Please be nice to them. They're doing the best they can with what they've got.
