Update to managers response: I’ve done that. But how many times do I have to call for a refund or park and walk in to get a drink remade? Too many times at this location. Do not recommend this spot at all.

I don't know what's up with the staffs attitude, but ICK. I don't expect people to be happy 24/7 but to have the behavior happen in front of a manager, who was only on top of the new girl for not leaving notes on beverages. Ick. Maybe the mad cows who made the beverages should write them? Maybe you shouldn't make someone feel like an inconvenience? Maybe you shouldn't fling food at someone because they weren't waiting for just that item.
It wasn't insanely busy. But that's it for me with this location. Especially since this happened with the manager right there. You obviously don't care. I hope that young girl gets out of there soon
* Tried again roughly 5m later, since it's close and the girl wouldn't honor my birthday beverage. She said she couldnt get it to work and it was fake. Starbucks basically told me OH WELL. If you're in the area take the extra few minutes and just go go Old Towne. This is pathetic.

I’m military and have been to several Starbucks all over the country. This Starbucks is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve had busy with. 8 out of 10 times the drinks are made wrong. I’ve had to go inside after a drive thru order almost every time I visit this store and have my order remade. Unfortunately, this is the only drive thru Starbucks in Fountain. The drinks are half ass made every time. Just to name a few, they don’t add the correct amount of espresso shots, only put a dot of whipped cream on the drink or their whipped cream isn’t sweetened. Thankfully Dutch Bros is now available

I’m wondering if they even use coffee. I can go to any other Starbucks and actually taste my coffee. None of their drinks taste how they should. So happy there’s a new one in the king Soopers.

Very disappointing experience at the Starbucks. Despite the hundreds of dollars spent at Starbucks continuously, when I asked for just an ice water on this visit I was informed that I would be charged to $.86 for a cup of water as their policy had changed to this for customers who use the restroom and water. Not a great way to honor the brand loyalty built up over years and thousands of dollars of purchases.
The staff member’s demeanor was saccharine while assisting.
Edit: another Starbucks has told me that no store is supposed to be charging for water. There may be confusion in the ranks.
Come here from time to time , and it’s always fast and nice people ! Only had one order messed up and I ordered a tall online and they gave me a Venti so no complaints.
