They should start using A NUMBER SYSTEM so when peeps hear THEIR NUMBER, they'll know their order is up. I used to tip graciously, from here on $3.50 coffee is exactly what I pay. A simple example: ( "Number 7, your order is ready".) Managers, read this and use the upper body organ, called BRAIN and realize, quicker moving peeps out with their order, or someone sitting waiting on an order thats just sitting getting cold. Sorry Starfks, you get NO TIPS from me.

I did a order on line and got it delivered. When we got our drinks, they are were not full! I'm not happy at all! We ordered venti and the cup is halfway full. Why????

This is the best place for for coffee and food. Carolyn was the best barista I’ve ever had she honestly had the best service and she was so sweet thank you so much I will be coming back here for sure
Your coffee is expensive enough and when you order an americano and ask for steamed half n half and that’s all you taste what a disappointment.. always have problems getting good cup of coffee from this place!

This is the only Starbucks I rarely tip at and it’s just because I have no reason to tip because they don’t provide any kind of service. They don’t put sleeves on hot coffee. They dont put straws with cold coffee. They don’t put stoppers in to go orders. They don’t give you a carrier or even ask if you want one… every other Starbucks I’ve been to this is standard, and it would be understandable if they were busy, but even when there’s no other customers you would think with 1 customer and 4 drinks you would say would you like a carrier or here let me put a stopper in the 4 drinks that are sitting on the counter 5 minutes before we said they would be ready. Or in the drive through they hand you hot coffees, no carrier unless you ask, no stoppers even when you do ask and they look at you like you’re crazy when you ask for a sleeve like it’s a strange request and you should just take the hot coffees while they get the sleeve (defeats the purpose). I guess I do save money because every other Starbucks I tip $1 per drink and here I don’t have a reason to, but I’d rather not have to spend the extra minute preparing my own order and just grab it and go.

Went in to get a decaf with almond milk due to a severe allergy to regular milk. Well… it was made with regular milk and now I am in the ER with my partner. UNBELIEVABLE! When we ask for certain things it isn’t to make your life harder. It’s to avoid THIS. Edit: Thank you for the reply but the issue is not that it wasn’t made right. The issue is that my partner ended up in the ER due to instructions not being followed.

Typically never have an issue with this Starbucks. I’m a daily Starbucks person. Elizabeth, Drive/thru. Very rude, cutting me off as I was ordering. So rushing, RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. So disappointed in this Starbucks, usually everyone’s very nice and warming. Person to give me my drink let her know my issue also, (didn’t care) about my issue. Won’t go here again, (this starbucks) coffee is way too expensive to deal with rude employees.
