I don't know if it was timing or dumb luck. I showed up just before 7pm to get a sandwich to go. As I stood there waiting for a few minutes, I started to wonder where the employees were? So I approached the cash register area to look for a bell when looking across the counter I seen it was absolutely filthy. So I leaned even further to look and see if the cold table had fresh food. Everything looked completely temperature abused. Thankfully the kid working came out from the back and proceeded to tell me they were closed. Probably saved me from a stomach ache. Really though at 7pm closed.

Everytime I try to order I'm either declined to order because they can only do card or only do cash. The makers don't wash their hands and stand around sitting on counters touching their faces and noses. The blue hair lady is careless and doesn't apologize just says can't do that and walks off. How do you run business like this.

I went into the store to order my food , all the vegetables and lettuce looked rotten so I didn’t put any on my sandwiches I ordered the cold cut , the spicy Italian and the Black Forest ham , we were hungry. They were all footlongs ! We ended up sick ! The kids working there couldn’t have been more rude , I told them about the vegetables but they ignored me !

Went in tonight around 7. There was a 20 or so year old kid making some sandwiches. He was talking to himself for about 5 minutes about how he kept running out of ham. Oh wait, then I noticed he had earbuds in. After about 15 minutes, he had still not acknowledged my existence. No greeting. No, "I'll be with you shortly." I walked away after 20 minutes and not a word from him. Is this the best people these places can hire?EDIT: After I left my review, I saw 3 out of 4 people gave it one star. That's pretty sad.
These people SUCK! You missed 2 items on my sub, one that I had to pay extra for and you gave me a sprinkling of some sad wilted lettuce. And since when does the toppings go on the bottom of the sandwich??? Never again and dont go here until the owner wants to properly manage their store and employees! This went in the trash!

I had been here before and the girl that worked there was so rude and unpleasant that I vowed to not go there again. But due to circumstances I had stopped in for dinner. I was greeted by a young man and his service skills were exceptional. He has restored my faith in subway.

I placed an online order waited 10 minutes before leaving to pick it up and when I arrived the app said it was complete. When I walked in they had no clue about my order and the online order recipient was just sitting on its printer. I went to sit and wait and all of the tables were dirty including the chairs with food dried on them and trash all over. I still waited over 20 and others came in after me with the same problem and had to wait even longer for any help. The whole time one of the guys instead of helping just kept walking around trying to get a Bluetooth speaker to work. Lobby was nearly empty no napkins and barely any chips. The same guy with the Bluetooth bumbed one of his friends and talked with him instead of helping those in line.
