They don't even pretend to give you what you ordered. I ordered a titan turkey which is supposed to have 2x turkey, then I ordered extra meat. I opened my sandwich and it's literally just a regular turkey sandwich. Idk what it is about workers in fountain being so inept and clueless.

I normally dont write these kind of reviews, but I came in yesterday evening and there was a group of high school age kids just hanging out in the lobby (horsing around) dressed like gang bangers. I was ordering and noticed one of the kids hanging out in the lobby walked up and slipped the employee making my sub a vape device and they were all giggling in the store including the employees. I noticed at this place there is never any adult management working in the evening hours. Why is this? I think Subway should look into hiring an adult because clearly its kids working here.

This is the third time I've ordered through grubhub and Subway had screwed up my order. 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. 2 came with nothing! Just bread and the bread wasn't even cut open! How??? Really??? Unbelievable!

I came in at 11:53 PM and they told me they were closed on the sign states that they don’t close till 2 o’clock in the morning when I walked in I over heard a girl talking crap another a couple she didn’t wanna serve because they grossed her out so she made someone else do their order completely out of line and disrespectful she definitely dose not deserve her job and the sign on the window says 2:00am not 12:00am and the open sigh was on I just don’t understand why you would have your hours listed and the open sign on and the door unlocked if your not going to complete orders!!!

Let me start by saying the employees in this establishment are always so kind and respectful. That being said, I've gone to this location regularly, since it is very near my home. I don't know what's changed recently but when I've came in, it smells of expired food. The past 3-4 times I've eaten here my family and I have gotten very sick. Something did taste off with my meal and it also smelled funny, I shouldn't have even attempted to look past that, but unfortunately I did and within an hour or so it was horrible. So, I would not recommend eating here until they resolve what is causing their customers to become ill.

Came in today asked for 1 #10 and 2 # 18’s. I was then asked what I wanted on the sandwich and I said everything that comes on it that is listed on the menu. She began to tell me yea but you can change it. Then the phone kept ringing and she told the cashier just don’t answer it! This is why the line is so long. Also she is very rude.

Every time I go in the veggies are frozen , couldn’t get a salad if I wanted no one like frozen lettuce and all veggies the same , they even put the frozen veggies on the sandwiches that makes it runny !! Just poor not fresh vegetables at all they are frozen!
Subway is always great for a night you don't wanna cook. The food is good. But some of the staff there is pretty rude, and if you order on door dash they always get the orders wrong so it's best to go in person to watch them make your food to make sure it's done correctly. We can only afford to go whenever we get the coupons in the mail. Otherwise it's too expensive.

The young girl who tried making my sub had terrible service! Low energy, Condescending, Cynical and just bleh! Terrible personality, 0 eye contact! Tried speaking over me. I left almost immediately! Please hire people that want to work! I will never go back to that location
