so the girl making my footlong tuna decided to wipe the excess mayo from the knife onto the outside of my bun instead of using a clean rag. When I asked her why she did that, she said “because it’s your sandwich”. I’ve been going to Subways for many, many years and this has never happened before. Do better

Service was god, food was okay.
Traveling through in a road trip. Stopped for a late night bite (they close at 2am). We ordered around 12am then asked if we can sit inside to eat. The girl working there said the eat in area closes at 12am. My husband and I then ate outside our car (again, on a road trip so just passing through). Shortly after, we saw a family go in...order ...then sit and eat. Not sure what that's about but I'm tempted to say there is some racism....? Don't appreciate it.

This Subway could never compare to the customer service I received at a Qdoba in DTC. The young individuals working this evening seemed like they hate their jobs. We walked in. Not one of them bothered to look up from what they were doing and greet us. We stood at the order side for 5 mins before the one at the start of the line said anything to us. The girl working literally drowned my son’s sandwich with mayo. All of them very monotone and seemed like they just didn’t care and didn’t want to be there. The only one that remotely added a little spunk to his voice was the guy at the register. I will gladly drive further away just to go to a different subway to get better customer service than this. Horrible! Teach your staff to be better please.

There were 7 of us 4 kids and the server's were rude.David was one of the server's and the girl would not give her name.Poor customer service ask for owners name and they would not provide it and said the owner would take there side and instead of working together the try to let someone else go ahead of the kids.

When you order on line. And ask for Extra lettuce, EXTRA onion and EXTRA bell pepper. I'm sure reading and is hard for some employees but it can't be that hard to make a sandwich.. disappointed is the food and service.

My sandwich bread was hard and crumbly my cookie was not in bag they said they were going to refund me 5.00 but only refunded 3 dollars I was so disappointed in bread I could not eat it

They don't even pretend to give you what you ordered. I ordered a titan turkey which is supposed to have 2x turkey, then I ordered extra meat. I opened my sandwich and it's literally just a regular turkey sandwich. Idk what it is about workers in fountain being so inept and clueless.
