Absolutely disgusting customer service. Overcharged by almost 20 dollars! Then, when we showed where the error was, we received nothing but attitude like we were wrong. They have lost a customer from this location.

Food was good but they were out of several items I wanted. The prices have gone up while portion sizes have decreased. Service was also not great. First we were ignored then rushed and pushed through ordering. When they had already rang up my order as. I still was trying to order a new menu item they where asking for payment. It was just rude. I would have told her exactly what I wanted on my sandwich without the rudeness. Or without the cutting my sentences off to demanding demand to know "and what else? And then demanding that's all?"

Ordered online... Big mistake. I guess it's kind of hard for them to mess up while you're standing there watching them. But on this day my kids were sick and I didn't want them going in the store sneezing on everything. They got two of my sandwiches wrong and didn't toast the ones they were supposed to at all. I live half an hour from the store so it's not like I can just go back and see if they'll do it right. There were no special instructions with my order whatsoever. I rechecked my confirmation email and the mistake was definitely not on my end. It's not even like they were busy. There were absolutely no customers when I went to pick this order up. And it was at about 3:30 P.M. Very disappointed.Edit: It has been several weeks, and they still have not responded to the message I sent them the day I wrote this review. All I ever got was the auto response telling me they got my message. They clearly don't care about their customers, so they just lost one.

Used to love Subway but I think next time I go to Jimmy John's. The one older lady that's helped us was really nice... her younger co-worker had an absolute stank attitude and when I asked for extra olives she acted like it was coming out of her paycheck. My bread was kind of stale it was just disappointing. And like I said I will try Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's next time.

This subway is always consistently there for me with the late hours I go out of my way to make it to this one while other ones are open. The sandwiches are always made good if not great even at late hours. The employees are always super chill and nice which makes coming here worth it. The place is always clean from when I've been here and usually pretty quiet which isn't bad. I don't understand the reviews I see for this place so hopefully this pushes people to give more recent and accurate reviews.

Ashley and Ciara are literally the most sweetest! My co worker and I come in Ashley always make sure my cookies are on point and Ciara always having a smile on her face. I enjoy seeing them and look forward to keep seeing them! Thank you guys!

This visit was a COLD mess! I ordered curbside because I am sick. I actually sat in my car in front of the store when I ordered, and the store was empty of customers. Shortly thereafter, a customer went in, then another. They both left with their food. A little later, more customers come.....and go. I have now been at the curb for nearly 40 minutes. I finally asked my daughter to go in and see where our food was. The employees were all yapping in the back, while my food was sitting on the counter. My daughter left with our food without being acknowledged by any of the team members. When we got home to eat, we found our sandwiches lacking, and my HOT steak sandwich was refrigerator cold. As I am too sick to go ask for a refund; it would be nice if someone would contact me and offer a remake. The food was lacking, and the service was slow and incomplete.
