I am not a big fan of wendys so I already had low expectations but come on! This is horrible! (See photos) This was over different visits!? Obviously at the sight of mold I stormed into the building and the manager denied everything and said it must've been a prank!? When I didn't get anything in my sandwich (which is absurd!?) I went inside and only saw a bunch of teenagers and when I complained they were giggling and laughing!? I expect so much more!!! I AM HORRIFIED

The tea from the machine is ranside it tastes like soured pumpkin water. Most I assume don't notice cause of the suger syrup added but for us who can't have that sugar it's horrible.

The young Lady at the counter was super nice and was fantastic service. Our order was a bit larger, she took an extra step bag our lunch safely! Instead of handing a few bags over. She also asked us if we needed anything. Instead of asking for it! Thanks

Such great service! It's not every day that you run into a fast food restaurant with mostly younger aged staff whom are actually happy, hard working individuals! My experience lately with some young adult workers is that they'll have faces of death, like they hate what they do and it show in the lack of customer service, but NOT AT THIS WENDYS!!! 💯 Ms. Brooklyn and Ms. Dana were the sweetest smiling faces my family needed to see tonight. They have no idea how their cheerful demeanor made our night. Very professional, super sweet, with the greatest positive attitude. Thank you ladies even my toddlers said, they are so nice. Keep it up gals!

I was using the restroom and this worker did the code on the door and walked in on me didn’t knock or nothing didn’t even say sorry. Other than that the food was amazing
