Have 0 idea how to answer a phone. Accidentally placed order as bone in and wanted to change it to boneless. Called literally 20 seconds after placing order. Have been on hold for currently 20 minutes and counting. Already got notification delivery driver is on way. Absolutely BS that I'm given the option to change or cancel order only by calling, yet can't do it because they can't answer a phone. Whats the point?

The cashier was amazing. Tentative at us looking at the menu and then when we were ready. Also greeted all the other customers after us, they had a lot of pick up orders. Made friendly conversation and gave us complimtary drinks.

Baker is AMAZING!!! So friendly and the reason we started coming back! Stopped going here forever because of the poor service and quality and came back just because of him! Definitely a turn around this guy knows his staff and customers! Will continue keep coming back!

I ordered 10 and, after a full 35 minutes of anticipation, they finally arrivedâcold and soggy as if they had just taken a swim in a kiddie pool or the ice bucket challenge. The fries? Letâs just say they should be renamed âsad potatoesâ because they definitely lost the will to be crispy.
