We ordered there and waited at least 20 minutes to get very unflavored "flavored" wings. Didn't taste seasoning at all though it looked coated.
Very disappointed and definitely not worth the price...we had an 8 pc and 12 pc wings only and we're charged $32.

Stop by for the first time and I will never go back? My order was wrong and they forgot my fried corn and fries. I called them to complain and I was told the manager will get back to me. Well I never got the call and I was told my six dollars would be placed back on my card. Well that didn’t happen either so Wingstop you can keep the six dollars and your bad service.

The customer service is absolutely embarrassing. Ordered online an hour in advance just to be shorted 20 wings. Call to see if they just forgot to bag it or something and the person on the phone had no idea what to do. Drive 10 mins back to the store, walk in, and get told they're working on it. I'm baffled that this location stays in business.

This is bittersweet. I really like Wingstop so I order once a month but every time I do from this location I am disappointed. My favorite thing about Wingstop is their fries, but I like em on the crispy side and extra seasoned. Even though I order them like this every time, they always come very lightly seasoned and cooked but not extra cooked. The wings are hit or miss. Sometimes they are perfectly cooked and sauced but sometimes they are a Little undercooked (where they almost have a slimy feel to the chicken skin). It also varies if you are going to get an entire ocean of sauce, just right or very lightly glazed. No matter how hit or miss my wings are though my fries are always a dud which is said because again, that's the main reason I purchase from Wingstop. I never call back to complain so I hope this finds the owner well and they fix the process. I JUST WANT MY WINGSTOP BACK :,(
I love this place, I DoorDash and eat here regularly, I always have a great customer service experience and it’s very much appreciated <3

This is a sorry place I will try Buffalo Wild Wings next. The boneless chicken was like they grab what was left out of the bottom of the bag and threw it in the fryer and then gave it to me and it looks so tiny like I’m getting crumbs. It was just horrible. You know I had bad experience before and I thought maybe they changed it but I would never or I’ve never come to that wild wings at fountain Mesa again.

Awful customer service and food. The seasoning is never consistent. I was there Friday and ordered lemon pepper wings. Seasoning was very little. Tasted nearly plain. I called to see how they could fix it and they told me that’s how they make it. I could take the wings by but they will come out the same because that’s just how they make them. Then they put the blame on me for not notating in the order to put extra seasoning. I never do that at any other wingstop. I also provided my contact info for the manager as they were not in and haven’t received a call.

this wing stop is so inconsistent. One day the wings are drenched in sauce and the next day there’s barely a drip. The management in this building needs to start paying attention. Super annoying.
