People just do not listen! The food is bland, service is slow and the atmosphere is definitely for the "locals". I do not think this is a place that welcomes my patronage. The server was apologetic, I couldn't see them replacing american cheese for Swiss on a burger that was already before me.

Food is pretty good. Servers get a little flustered with the amount of people they take care of so things get missed like refills or sauces things like that.

Only got drinks and chicken wings. Chicken wings were burnt and poorly presented when we bit into them they were pink with clots. Waitress offerd to take them back but with as long as it took for them to come out I didn't want to wait another 15-20 minutes. Even though they apologized and took it off our ticket I'm still disappointed by the service.

Everything is great, except my friend always seems to get sick from their green chili. The gal missed part of our order the last time as well but was really sweet. This isn't the kind of restaurant where the waitresses will check on you a lot unless they know you.

Everything good that all of the previous reviewers said is true. I lucked out by chance finding the Tamarack on my way from La Junta to Pueblo and boy was I hungry. A short while later I was pleasantly full and happy as the proverbial clam.
As a side note, the Tamarack's bathrooms are probably the cleanest and tidiest I've seen in any restaurant or bar in years. Congrats.

I love there food the only thing, I got upset about was we ordered a coconut cream pie.. I expected the cream on the pie & it wasn't there. They charge you for a pie but the cream is extra. They never told us that. It needs to be said.

Tamarack Grill has been around for years and has always been a staple in our community. Recently, ownership changed to a young couple. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work! They have kept all the things we've always enjoyed about the tamarack, but are also going above and beyond to improve the customer experience / menu items we love. There is a delicate balance between honoring traditions but innovating along the way! Keep up the good work!!! We appreciate you and love the food lately!

the last two times me and my boyfriend has came here we have had to wait 10-20 minutes before anyone even offered us a menu or anything. there is another customer who comes in quite often he is a usual who we have seen everytime we come in and Everytime he makes the comment about how long we wait for anyone to even notice us. and Everytime we come it's not packed at all we don't like to go when it's packed due to the complaint I'm making now so really what's the point in going to tamarack packed or not they don't serve their customers very well.
