Food was excellent. Unfortunately service was poor. It is very surprising for a distillery to leave our glasses empty for 20 minutes after the first round. Server waited at least 15 minutes after we had our food to offer anything else. There was a lot of employees working so they were not short handed. Server seemed to be clueless and then gave some attitude on top of it instead of apologizing or offering a free drink.

The atmosphere, the service, the variety of flights, the cocktails and the charcuterie board are all top notch. The combo board was more than enough for two and the combined flavors of meat, cheese and sauce paired perfectly.

We had one experience with bad service but the other four times we’ve been it’s been great so probably a one-off bad day. It clearly didn’t stop us from going back again!!

Im giving a 5-star review because of how good the food and drinks were, but not the service. They preferred to chat and try cocktails they were making for themselves, but they couldn’t make a coffee (even though they have an espresso martini on the cocktail menu) at 8pm because we’re heading home on the road after a long day at the Rocky Mountains.

Family trip to a family owned business & couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Food was freshly made & they had great alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options! Their menu looks small at first glance, but it is mighty & packed with flavor. We were visiting from out of town but would love to be a local and get to come to this place often! A Fraser gem!
The service was great. They dress up their Impossible Burger with vegan mozzarella, and it was better than without, but avocado would have been even better. Love their drink menu. I was driving, so I had the Black Cherry soda (with cane sugar), which was possibly the best soda I've ever had.

The whole experience was excellent. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable about the flights and the food was amazing. I see everyone mentioning the fries but the Mac and cheese?? 11/10. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area!

We liked this place so well that we came back the very next day! Laid back atmosphere, well lit, level access for my mobility scooter. Barry, the owner, was very happy to chat about his products and process. Nicole was our server. She was extremely attentive, warm and welcoming, helping to make both of our evenings feel special. We did flights of liqueurs and whiskeys in addition to savoring some of their cocktails. The food was outstanding and most things were large portions. Perhaps the best cornbread in the world, and one slice would serve two people. We also had the pulled pork sandwich, grilled brussel sprouts, and chocolate cake. Everything was excellent. We will be back!
