If you don’t get the cornbread when you’re here, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!! Easily, hands down the best cornbread I’ve ever had and I’m from a southern cooking Texas family so that’s saying something. So fluffy soft and moist. Excellent flavor with the perfect crispy outer crust.We sampled a few selections of their starters and everything from the cheese & charcuterie board, to the olives and beet salad were heavenly.Martinis were perfectly made to order.And to boost, their prices are unheard of for a ski town, especially for the quality and flavors in the food.Highly recommend. We will return the next time we ski in Winter Park.

We tried to eat/drink here, but because we were a party of 2 and they only had 4 4-top tables available, they wanted to put us on a 30 minute waitlist or sit outside in 30-degree weather. Since the slopes were closing soon they said they “couldn’t afford” to put 2 people at a 4 person table. Well, you just lost our business for life. I was a restaurant manager for years, and you simply don’t make people feel like a burden. Period.

My partner and I needed a place to sit for a few hours since our train out of town was delayed. I was nervous about bringing all of our bags in, but the staff made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed the gin and Tonics and the yummy appetizers. Reasonably priced and great atmosphere

One of the best dining experiences my wife and I have had in a long time. Cornbread, buffalo cauliflower, and pulled pork sandwich were out of this world. Also, got a bourbon tasting flight and got an awesome little history lesson about their story and distilling process from the main distiller and owner, Barry. We'll definitely be back to support this local distillery and try more of what they have to offer!

Definitely need to stop here ! Amazing food and service , we enjoyed a variety of many things Brussel sprouts, cornbread , salads , biscuits. Everything was delicious. Food was served fast and very friendly staff ! Support locally owned family owned businesses!

What a Great Place! We walked in and immediately felt the warmth and friendly atmosphere. We had a great conversation with the owner about his products and where we were from then headed to the bar and ended up talking to a young lady with long blonde hair who was working her tail off to service all their clientele. She was Amazing (wish I had gotten her name). We highly recommend the espresso and the cosmopolitan martinis and the flight sampler of whiskies plus you get a free glass!!

I had a wonderful time experiencing not only top notch food but amazing locally distilled gin and whiskey. This establishment is family owned and you can feel the love inside as you walk in and experience the atmosphere. Highly recommended when you want to step away from the high pace and pressure from the big mountain.

Very nice dining space, FANTASTIC choices of made-in-house liquors. Try flights of your favorite type of liquor, its very neat to see how they can vary in taste. Be sure to try my favorite bourbon choice, "Indecision". The food was very good. Mac and Cheese is another top choice! Pulled brisket sandwich had a variety of great taste.
Fraser valley distilling was great. They accommodated our party of 11 and even the owner greeted us. The food and drinks were tasty and the service was on par. We will be back for sure to get the buffalo cauliflower and paolmas.

I had the pleasure of having an impromptu lunch here today with a friend. We were the only ones to sit outside on a sunny December afternoon. The hostess was kind enough to turn on the gas fire pit and we were super cozy. I ordered their signature fried chicken with ranch sauce and aioli…it did NOT disappoint, super crispy and the meat was so juicy and tender. My friend ordered the baked Mac and cheese and that was equally delicious. I’ll be back for sure. Might be my favorite new local eatery!

Stopped by for a light lunch. They had a combination charcuterie & cheese board which was just right for the 3 of us. We also got a sample flight of their spirits - my wife picked out a vodka-based one and I picked a whiskey-based one. The owner and head distiller came out and explained what went into each, and what we could expect from each. Afterwards we got a tour of the distillery and a sample of a (not-quite-ready)single malt he is working on. Great food, great service, and super friendly staff.
