I walked up to the food truck to order a Vietnamese bánh mì sandwich and immediately left because they spelt the sandwich incorrectly on the menu. I understand that this is a fusion restaurant, but as a Vietnamese person, mediocrity is not worth me giving my money to. If you’re viet or are craving viet food, it might be best to skip this one. They aren’t even making the chả giờ with any meat filling. Make sure you get it right if you’re gonna do it at all.

The food was decent but on the expensive side. We ordered Pad Thai, Bahn Mi wrap, and a cucumber salad. The order should have come about $45 but I was charged $68. I didn't realize until after the night was over. So watch your wallet. They will try to over charge you.

Hit the spot for the five of us after a 6 mile hike. Unique and tasty food with easy access to a cold beer. Perfect afternoon combo!

We had the fries and wonton. Both were delicious. That said, putting some sauce and scallions on a relatively small portion of fries does not mean that they should cost $12. Really tasty, but expensive.

Way too Spicy to even eat. I had to throw my $20+ meal away. I was so disappointed. It probably would have been eatable if the spice level was reasonable.

Disappointing. Pork belly on the Bahn Mi was unchewable, pad Thai was mushy and inedible, and early on a Friday were already out of their homemade chips. Will not be back, too bad had high hopes. Only 1 star cause can't give zero.

This food truck is permanently based outside Vicious Cycle Brewing Co. They specialize in Asian inspired food, which you can eat in the brewery. Even though we had plans to go elsewhere for dinner (we just popped in the brewery to taste the beer), I had to get something from them. I went with the Happy Belly, which is pork belly in char sui sauce and accompanied with sticky rice and pickled vegetables. Amazing! Even if you don't want beer, you should drop by and grab some takeout from them. The Drunken Noodles and Tom Kha Soup also looked good.

WOW! Sawadee!!! This food truck is not only a delightful surprise in the Grand County Valley -- but the food is WONDERFUL! The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. I had the Shiitake Egg Roll (with Phlavor sauce), the Drunken Noodles (...and the Tom Kha soup ...for tomorrow's snowy, cold day.). Bonus: ALL of these are vegetarian!!! WIN!
