Loved this coffee shop. Baristas were awesome and the cappuccino and lattes were delish. They have the cutest assortment of gifts - I bought a lovely ring.
This place is super close to the Amtrak - grab a latte to go as they come in these cute jars. Will definitely be back! đŸ©”

Great service and genuinely good coffee. They source from quality roasters, and even the drip is a complex and delicious cup of coffee. This is the best coffee in the WP area. I also appreciate the jar system!

This cute little coffee shop has a great atmosphere with some little extras like candles and local art, making for some great gift options. There's ample table space inside and well as some seating outside so you can enjoy the sunshine. Enjoyed my chai latte and cookie and ready to try some other baked goods next time

The staff member who took my order today (wearing flower pants) seemed unfriendly, which made the experience unpleasant. The coffee was just okay, and I regret leaving a tip.

Amazing coffee. Their seasonal lattes are always on point, the glass to go cups are classy, and the shop is a great place to hang out.

Uhm, impeccable vibes. Color scheme is so good, comfy seating, and most of their furniture was secondhand which I love in terms of sustainability. To-Go jars, friendly staff and a delicious and verrry reasonably priced oat milk cappuccino. Espresso choice was well balanced and the fig+rose syrup was brilliant with the espresso. We’re only in town a little while but will definitely be back.

Simple Coffee Co. Has caffeinate Grand for a better part of a decade! You can find some well known and fantastic coffees here because of their multi roaster service model. Come through, take a rest, and enjoy some coffee and a breakfast burrito!

When I told the barista that the half and half was spoiled (it had chunks in it and was was obviously curdled) she said “no it’s not I smelled it earlier” and then turned to her friend and laughed. I had to throw away my cup of coffee and leave. Won’t ever return.

EDIT after reading the response from the barista. Wow. Let’s talk about what actually happened: I pointed out that the creamer was clearly spoiled (visible chunks floating around in my cup of coffee) and instead of addressing it professionally, the barista brushed it off, laughed with a friend, and made it clear she didn’t care. No apology. No concern. Just attitude.

I left because it was obvious the problem wasn’t just the bad creamer... it was the worse customer service. And now, reading this defensive, paranoid, conspiracy theory filled response confirms exactly why I won’t be back.

When a business can’t handle basic feedback without lashing out at a customer just trying to enjoy a simple cup of coffee, it’s a sign of a much bigger problem than dairy. I feel sorry for all the others who came after me and had to drink your chunky half and half because you didn’t care enough to replace it with fresh product. Sad.
