Kaden and Brandon deserve the biggest raises ever! I wouldn’t have had as much fun without those two. They made my night and were so nice and friendly. Seriously. Give them a raise. Both of them.

Awesome place. The building design is amazing as well as the service. We were here on vacation from Maryland and needed something to do while it was raining. Service was great...bowling and arcade awesome. Ordered food and it was outstanding

Why would they have workers that treat little kids bad. Why would they stick the middle finger to a little kid. So immature for an “adult” that you are. You got issues or you don’t like the job don’t even work in places like that! I will go to corp. That was not cool men!!

We saw a movie here on a Monday night. Wasn't busy at all, and the theatre was pretty cool. Popcorn was super salty, so I'd watch out for that. Otherwise, seems like a good place to take the kids.

It is very sad that this place has such poor customer service. It would be such a benefit to have somewhere to go do these activities in WP, but the staff really ruin the entire experience. As many have said, it is like they don't like anyone from out of town. The Operations Manager, Brian, was argumentative and rude. It isn't hard to provide a positive experience even when things don't go right. The lane kept breaking and ate into the time we spent quite a lot of money on. He wouldn't budge even thought he lane was open for another 10 minutes before the next reservation came through. Asking for 10 minutes was like we were asking him for his first born child. We have a house in WP and frequent the area often. It is too bad this is now a place I don't want to give my money to. I would like to see the town of WP do something about this place - the treatment towards tourists here is ridiculous when its what feeds the town with money and keeps all the restaurants and businesses running. Without tourists, his job wouldn't exist. Just be kind and accomodating. Its easy to do. If you hate tourists in your town, then you should move to the boonies where they don't come.

Did not have a good experience. The bowling equipment wasn’t working very well and the staff were extremely rude. We were constantly needing balls retrieved and pins reset, which cut into the amount of time we had to spend bowling (you pay by time). One of the men working at the counter acted like he was totally inconvenienced that we were there. A kid in our group needed different sized shoes and he slammed them down on the counter. The manager was extremely unprofessional and made a very snarky comment in front of one of the kids in our group. They both could use some training in customer service and general courtesy. The experience was so poor that we left instead of staying and continuing to spend money there. Would not recommend or would go in with very low expectations.

It was a very nice place. I was a bit surprised. But it was a very comfortable movie theater and looked like there’s a lot more to do there besides watch a movie. We got to see a movie that just came out today so that was fun.
