Service was horrible , they kept rushing me to order after I told him to give me a second . Drive thru person then proceeded to tell me to hurry up because he had other people behind me on top of that the food we had to wait for came out super cold and when I told them to fix the issue they denied to do so because they didn't have the time . Never coming back here again worst place to come to

Jess, the red head with tattoos from the get go rushed us during our order in the drive thru, nobody is in line either. Get to the window and she is less than personable. Whatever I guess everybody has there days. Rushes our order, we get home and am missing fries and 2 of our 3 meals were wrong. So glad I went outOf the way for breakfast this morning.

Today is April 1st well those people at Wendy's sure fooled me I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers I don't know what the hell I got they're loaded with onions I mean it was just a Mess I live too far away to be given or be given I hate onions even when you scrape them off you can still taste them just a total screwup order from a company that nobody speaks English in I'm so sick of it I want a refund to my credit card on order number 3023 please pay attention because I will call corporate can't get through to the Wendy's line is busyUpdate 9 Nov 2023We have been to this Wendy's numerous times since this initial revi. Obviously the COVID19 restrictions are gone. However the service still varies widely depending on the constantly changing staff that is still primarily employees that English is a second language. This is not a racist thing but employees who interact with the public need to be understood. Heavy accents of any type are difficult for many seniors including us.

I’ve been up at this spot for a Job before, Last time I went inside they attended me without zero hesitation, Lately tho I’ve noticed when my father goes they refuse to even service him they’ve made him wait 20 minutes and no service at all, the way I see it it’s either that their racist or bums to even do their own job, They aren’t even the ones affected by it the Company is.Get some better employees real talk

There fat. Fat people can’t make the best decisions because they are unhealthy in there minds. They can’t think clearly. So when I ask for 3sugers and creamer on the side they put the sugers and creamers in your coffee . They don’t even know what sort of sugar they put in when I ask. They throw there fat hands up in confusions. Also we live in America. Frys and patatoes come with ketchup always. I want to take my coffee back but fat people are just disgusting.
