Fantastic food and fantastic people. They catered my retirement ceremony and it was an amazing spread! Everyone kept talking about how absolutely fantastic the food was! Would definitely use them again. Food allergy friendly, gf/df, so easy to work with for special diets ❤️

We loved their physical restaurant and had similar, high expectations of their catering company. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Wildhorse Catering and would not recommend using them for events.

After signing the contract, they were extremely unresponsive leading up to the event- it would take several phone calls, texts and emails within a few weeks for us to hear back from them.

At the event, they didn't serve one of the items that we had agreed upon. I don't know if they forgot to bring noodles or they didn't want to bother making it but it was a little frustrating that they didn't communicate this to us (they just served the food without them despite it being in our contract).

Also at the event, the servers wanted to leave 30 minutes early (as we had pushed back the start time several weeks prior). Rather than communicating this to us, the severs told several of our guests that we needed to move quicker as they needed to leave. This was very unprofessional and rude.

Overall, we had a poor experience and would not recommend using them for catering needs.

Wild Horse catered our daughter's wedding at our home in Tabernash and we couldn't be more impressed! The cocktail hour grazing table and apps, cocktails/bartending, and plated dinner were all delicious and beautifully presented. Shannon helped create a wonderful event within our budget and their service the day of the wedding went above and beyond, making this a stress free and enjoyable process. I highly recommend Wild Horse and will definitely call on them again for future parties.

Wild Horse Catering handled our small wedding wonderfully, with about three weeks notice after our original venue ghosted us. They were extremely professional, kind, responsive, and helpful and I feel like they went super far out of their way to make sure our wedding dinner could happen in some form. We had the dinner in their restaurant space (Solstice Winter Bistro)--35 people fit pretty snug, but they made it work and it was perfect and beautiful!

The food was tastier and fresher than the food I've had at most weddings. Thank you Wild Horse!

The coordinator was nice. I called a week before for 11 person food pick-up as I had family birthday which got bigger than anticipated. They said could only choose BBQ food as already making it for another event. That seemed ok but wife is vegetarian. They said would make a nice mushroom polenta but still charge me about $40 for that meal even though not brisket. It seemed like ok plan. When I picked up the food, they just flash fried the mushrooms with no flavor at all. I got a huge tray of rice to feed 25 people, huge tray of mac and cheese to feed 20 and beef brisket that fed less than than 8 people. Luckily, some people ate light so just enough. It was $500 bill. Honestly, I found them not very impressive for the cost. There are better options.

Excellent service. They made sure I felt secure with the order, and they'd show up the day of. (It's me, I have trust issues.) They showed up right on time, and the person who set up was excellent. The only critique is the food... was just ok.

The staff here were always very courteous and nice. However, the food was a bit hit or miss. I understand that it’s difficult to feed large groups, so things like the corn tortillas almost all being torn for tacos is somewhat understandable. However some of the choices were more questionable including balancing what quantities of what dishes they brought. That said, one or two of the dishes were quite good (mac and cheese being a standout).

We used Wild Horse Catering for our wedding in July with 160 guests and loved working with them! Due to management changeover from the time we booked to our event there was some difficulty in communication initially but once we got that sorted out they were very helpful and attentive. Working with their team they definitely knew what they were talking about and had great recommendations to make for our special day. The day of the wedding went so smooth and all of the servers and chefs were so kind and helpful. Plus the food was delicious and was everything we could have wanted. They were even able to accommodate guests who were vegetarian and had other allergen concerns. I would highly recommend Wild Horse!

Reached out with an inquiry for our wedding in Winter Park with some questions. Got a response that did not answer any of our questions, just instructions to fill our an event description document and return it. Filled out the doc and returned it promptly then never heard back. Terrible communication. Can't speak to the food because we never got to try it.

I went with Wild Horse Catering for my small wedding in Granby in part due to the positive reviews. For balance, I will share my experience in hopes that someone else will not have such a negative experience. I secured the caterers with $1000 non-refundable deposit in October 2021 for a May 2022 wedding. There was a changeover in management from my initial booking until I reached out in March to discuss in more detail food choices, etc. On every occasion, it took me several emails or phone calls to get a response. At one point I had assumed the company had gone out of business, that's how little communication I received. I had reached out to other restaurants to look into a backup plan. Once I finally connected with the manager, I was not given very much time or guidance into portions for the number of guests and the bill did not reflect my deposit. This lack of communication and attention to detail made dealing with the food the only stressful part of my wedding planning (and I had done this once before). On the wedding day, the delivery people got lost, the food was 50 minutes late. The food was lukewarm, BBQ meats were of average quality and were not accompanied by BBQ sauce, and the vegan mushrooms that I had specified (and received confirmation) to be VEGAN for my vegan guests were smothered in cheese. And the total bill came to $2700 for 40 people (dinner only, no appetizers or drinks). It is hard for me to find any positive aspect about this whole catering experience except that they did refund me for the non-vegan mushrooms, which is why I brought the rating from 1 star to 2. With hindsight, I wish I had forgone the significant $1000 non-refundable deposit and saved the additional $1700 to spend on Costco food and do it myself. I cannot recommend Wild Horse Catering.

We were very pleased with Wild Horse Catering for our son and his fiancé's rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious and there was plenty of food leftover for lunch the next day for the wedding party. Communicating with Chris, the owner, was very professional and he answered all my questions immediately. The delivery of the food (by a different Chris) was excellent as well. We highly recommend Wild Horse Catering!!!

Wild Horse catering was absolutely amazing for our wedding!!! Every single guest said it was the best wedding food they had every had and I would absolutely agree. Izabella was professional and attentive through the whole process, which helped to put us at ease through the stressful wedding planning process. Wild horse also created dishes based off of our suggestions that are not typical wedding food which made our perfect wedding vision come true. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again for everything!

Wild Horse Catering provided amazing BBQ for our rehearsal dinner, as well as some delicious breakfast burritos for the morning of our wedding. Everything came with clear instructions and was delicious. The portobello mushrooms especially were a great entree for vegetarians, which is often so difficult to find in a BBQ place. Other big hits included the bison sausage and lemon bars, but everything was delicious.
