“We had the best time at Mirror Image! My husband and I were visiting from LA and wanted a central spot so friends and family from Longmont to Denver could swing by and say hello! Not only did Mirror Image let us reserve the spacious patio, they even had an indoor backup plan for when it got too hot (and it did and we used it!) The bartender, Jax, was super kind and was great on checking in us (we were there for 6 hours total with around 30 folks coming in and out) PLUS the beer was great and the shareable pizza and food was delicious. What a great spot, will for sure be going back every time we come to Colorado.”

“My wife and I have come here several times since moving to Frederick. Both Peel Pizza and Edge Gourmet Kitchen (located in the same storefront) have phenomenal food and fantastic service. The atmosphere is also stellar (vibes are immaculate if you’re about that kind of thing). Seriously though, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.”

“This food truck is only 200 yards south of Santiago‘s. Not knocking Santiago’s. I enjoy their food, but in my opinion the food here was not only better but cost less. I did not have to wait in a drive-through line that was wrapped around the entire building. The food was amazing.”

“We love Georgia boys!!!! This bbq joint is absolutely fantastic. The meat, the sides, the drinks- they have it all. We have been close to 10 times, and every time has been great. The waiters have good attention to detail and will make sure you are taken care of. Oh, did I mention how yummy the sauces are?! This place is definitely one to check out if you like good cooking.”

“I love cold brew, and the Gold Rush with a little extra caramel is amazing!! Every time I go to a Ziggi's The staff is always super sweet. The food options are Good... Especially the bean and cheese burrito with salsa. They have a gluten free Sausage Sandwich with egg, and my daughter loves the blueberry muffin warmed up. I see more and more new ones popping up... Definitely worth going!”

“I am a Thai food feen and was excited to try this place! I ordered the Drunken Noodles and it was delicious! However, I will say- this is by far the most expensive Thai restaurant I have had yet! (Compared to Folsom Thai in Boulder, Mountain Thai, and even Busaba!) it was over $18 for that one dish for takeout and the portion was extremely small. I really want to keep coming back here since it was truly delicious but that is a bit expensive.. I don’t mind paying that much if I get more!!”

“The food was fantastic! We finally stopped and had lunch the other day. I am a cheeseburger junkie. I have not been able to get a decent diner style burger in a long time. The cheeseburger I got was exactly what I was looking for. Done perfectly juicy medium, crispy toasted bun, melty cheese, and fresh toppings you put on yourself. OMG, so good! The fries are great as well, super crisp, and are perfect with the fry sauce. We are definitely coming back.”

“You can tell these people out a lot of work into making a such a great restaurant. First off- everyone was incredibly nice, with such great outgoing personalities. And secondly- the food was insane! My bf got the Mac Daddy, and I got the Big Poppa (both quesadillas). Everything tasted amazing, and we both noticed the touch of seasoning on the actual tortilla that really rounded everything out! I suspect that this is going to be a staple in our future trips into Brighton. 10/10 would recommend visiting!”

“Here's the deal...The Breakfast Tacos are THE order! A year ago, I wrote about the breakfast burrito but the breakfast tacos are superior. My husband tried them at work then took me within the week claiming, "Hannah, you just gotta try these!" The urgency in his voice told me everything: these tacos are GOOD!We got 2x Chorizo and 4x Bacon with all the fixings: potatoes, cheese, fresh pico and 2 kinds of salsa on the side. They come in combos of 2 for about $6 -- great deal in my opinion! My first bite -- explosion of flavor! The tortilla was soft and chewy, the potatoes melded with the eggs n' cheese, the meat tasted juicy but not greasy while the pico lifted and brightened the whole taco. It was savory while being fresh and reminded me of California Mexican! Something, I always want in my life. I got full after two but wished I could have eaten a dozen more. Will be back!”
