We stopped here for breakfast on our way back from Vail. Quick and easy! They have several different breakfast burritos, but only had about 4 available when we stopped in, so we both got chorizo breakfast burritos. While mine had a lot of chorizo in it, my fiancés had very minimal. All in all though, I was satisfied!
Staying in Cooper Mountain, where food choices are limited, prices are high and quality is an endangered species, I took a chance and ventured up the road one cold and snowy morning to the Breakfast Deli in Frisco. Undeterred by the hole-in-the-wall facade, I stepped in and was warmly greeted by the sole employee and directed to a rack of tortilla wrapped goodness. Breakfast Burrito Nirvana! A bacon burrito lovingly sacrificed itself and conquered my hunger until mid-day. 10 other varieties await the call to duty. I'm going back this morning and every day I'm on this trip. Intrepid Reader, for your own sake and that of a full and happy belly, I urge you to do the same!

Great local spot when you want a quick and delicious breakfast! We stopped by on the way to Copper on a few mornings. Burrito's are the perfect size and fill you up. The cinnamon rolls were giant and fresh, kids loved them. Easy location to get in/out quickly. Definitely recommend!

This place smacks! Picked up 2 breakfast burritos and a turkey club for later. Burritos were outstanding. Snowboarded all day off the burritos and then came back to my sandwich and even after 5 hours of being in the car oh she was perfect. Great food. Delicious

On our way back to Denver, we stopped in Frisco to stretch our legs and get something for lunch and we found Deli Belly's along the main downtown strip. We looked at the menu and it reminded me of a sandwich shop you'd find somewhere on the east coast, and judging from the amount of Boston Red Sox stuff inside I think that's what they were going for. It was a pretty solid amount of food for the price and it sure was tasty, too. If you're in Frisco I'd highly recommend Deli Belly's. Honestly I wish we had one in Denver because I'd go there all the time. Just be aware they don't take credit/debit cards. The only option you have is to pay in cash and if you can't, they have an ATM inside of the deli where you can take cash out. It's important to know that going in because they don't warn you before you order. Luckily my partner had a $20 bill on her.
