If you buy at camp hale beware! No return or exchanges on anything that touches your skin, it says. Just wanted to exchange a size at east village. All sold out at center village. Not worn and ticket attached, totally sellable. Also can’t because it’s different VILLAGES. But they want you to buy everything that has been touched and tried on by the thousands of people in the stores. Doesn’t make sense to me!
Service was outstanding but that was the worse cup of coffee I ever had in my LIFE being the only coffee shop open on the mountain, the coffee should be delicious It's not even busy season why does the coffee taste like pure garbage

Terrible customer service at the rental shop / store. I went to demo a snowboard because I am looking to buy a new board. I asked if the price of the demo would go towards the board I wanted to buy (THE DEMO) and they said yes! I even asked multiple times. I ended up loving the board and came back to buy the board and they said it wasn’t for sale as they weren’t selling this seasons boards. This made ZERO sense. I even specially came in asking for this board for purchase. Why have a board for demo that no one can purchase?? I had my own board with me, I didn’t need to rent, I wasn’t trying to rent, I wanted to DEMO FOR PURCHASE. Every other retail store sells this board (Christy sports, Evo, Sun and ski shop etc). When I complained no one offered an apology or a solution. The manager even gave me attitude for their incompetence. Awful place and people.
Trash Mountain. Trash people. Stay away from Copper Mountain Ski Resort
The staff is incredible. More specifically, the woman named Eve over in the ski rental department!! She was hands-down the friendliest and most helpful employee I encountered all weekend, and helped fit me in MULTIPLE ski boots until I found just the right size. Had one of the best ski days ever thanks to her, which is a GOD SEND!! Hats off to you, Eve! I will definitely be back.
Great resort, great snow and awesome ski vibes!
The staff here are super nice and friendly. I want to especially thank Emma for spending hours to help me get out of my stuck step-on. There are also self-served tuning booth to quickly get your board or bindings tuned up.
Horrible customer service policy. We purchased an outer shell, got it back to our condo and were unable to zip it up. Tried several times and determined the zipper was faulty. We took it back that afternoon (3 hours later) in pristine condition with all the tags on and proof or purchase in hand. But they would not refund it or even provide store credit. Everyone else we've dealt with in the village has been great. Stay away from Camp Hale Outfitters.
Copper Mountain charged us a smoking fine, we don't smoke! We had the window open because the room was 85deg and used the provided box fan trying to cool it off. Someone was smoking outside or out another window or something and the smoke smell came into our room. Staff was rude and unhelpful when we called to dispute the fine. Not what I expected from Copper Mountain, very disappointed. I would not recommend using their lodging.

We were only able to stay for a short while, but between the views. amenities, food and mountain coaster, it made the last day in Colorado spectacular!
The workers helping me out with ski rentals were excellent! Super friendly and helpful.

Buyer beware: they sold me a scratched pair of goggles that I noticed before I left the store. When I went back to ask if I could swap them for one that wasn’t scratched, they told me no, despite the fact I hadn’t even left their sight. Unfortunately the scratches are visible when I’m wearing them, so don’t shop here looking for quality unless you’re ready to inspect everything you’re buying for any defects.

Coffee shop was closed despite saying they were open. Tried to buy some hand warmers because my hands were FREEZING but was turned down when I only had cash. They accept cash but didn’t have a cash drawer. At $4 (which is twice as much as normal) I tried to give them a $5 and said I didn’t need change but was refused. The lady working was extremely rude and I left with cold hands. Terrible customer service.
