We stayed here using Vrbo. It was incredibly convenient to get to Copper Mountain. The amenities like the hot tub and indoor heated pool were great for days after skiing.
One of my favorite places
Condo was not clean, items were missing and appliances did not work. Management was notified and unresponsive!!!
Location location location and vibes this place is a hitOk so let’s start for the winter you are near some premier ski resorts!Ikon pass - cooper mountain and A basin! And an hour away winter park!Epic pass - vail Breckenridge and beaver and keystone a tiny bit further away! The condos vary in style but all have a great balcony with little ligjt pollution and some great Colorado views! The clubhouse and property management is a TOTAL VIBE ALERT!- parking by the clubhouse but it’s easy to walk- hot tubs (middle is the hottest outdoors) left is cold, indoor one is hot too- cool pool with music indoors- great dry sauna very new- wet sauna aka steam room- nice locker roomsTo sum this up I only have one thing to sayBRONCOS COUNTRY LETS RIDE
Lovely place, lovely recommendations about restaurants, and I think I might have had my best sleep here. Definitely coming back, much love from Norway!

Place is ok, but the property management is terrible. Don’t count on getting something fixed if it is brocken. There are common facilities shared by all the lodges. Some things don’t work in these places. I called the property management which had a hangout in the common space and the lady on the phone was just unfriendly and tried to get rid of me. She told me to call back when I had the exact name of the place, I gave here the street and the house number, but that wasn’t enough. When I tried to call back after finding the exact name of the facility my number was blocked by the property management.
It's a place to stay, to ski your brains out not care the hot tubs barely work.
We have been spending our winters at the Mountainside complex for 13 years. We love the location and the clubhouse. However, they cannot seem to keep an onsite maintenance manager for more than a couple years. Every time they change managers there is a definite lack in understanding how this place works. This season we are down to one functional hot tub outside. Several phone calls to the Buffalo Mountain management Company complaining about the lack of hot water in the showers, hot tubs not working etc get no response. Getting very tired of this place and their lack of maintenance.
Anyone who is familiar with Summit County and Frisco, Colorado knows that it is in the center of Colorado Ski Country and known as Ski County. The Mountainside and Bill's Ranch area of Frisco, Colorado is perhaps the best all-around location in Summit County. It is located within walking distance of main street, is adjacent to the bike path and minutes from hiking and mountain-biking trails into the Ten Mile Range and the Colorado Trail. What sets Mountainside apart aside from its great location is that it is an older but very well maintained condo and town home development. Most of the newer developments in the area are squeezed into small spaces that used to contain older buildings in town that have been scraped and redeveloped lacking the space and character of original complexes like Mountainside. Mountainside is on the edge of town bordering national forest and although it has a lot of units, it is spread out with a LOT of open space, parking and amenities. The complex even has a stream running through the middle of the condo complex grounds full of fingerling trout proficing endless entertainment for kids. Many new owners have, or are remodeling the old units so you can find a lot of great modern condos for rent. On the downside, you can also end up in older units that have not been touched since the 70's. Just look around and be choosy. Newer units have washers and dryers, modern appliances, decorating and furniture that rival the new $1M+ condos being developed but with a lot more space and amenities.Even with older units, you still have full access to the pool, hot tubs and other amenities on the property and the reality is that most people who visit and stay in Summit County are there for the year around outdoor activities and spend little time in the condo anyway. We love Mountainside and would never stay anyplace else in Summit County.

On top of going through a scavenger hunt just to get the key code which could have been sent digitally through email we walk into a 54° freezing condo where the cable didn't even work the full 2 days. even when I called and left a message about it. then we got to lay on our bed. which is cover in white stains on both the top comforter and sheets we decided to sleep on the futon that we were told we have turns out to be a reclining couch which you can't sleep on unless you'd like to wake up with a very stiff back.Absolutely terrible experience and for the price I am disgusted with how dirty this condo was. if you are plannimg on snowboarding or skiing anywhere in the area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE RAMADA OR EVEN SLEEPING IN YOUR OWN CAR!!!!!I would post the pictures of the dirty "suite" if I could.Terrible terrible terrible place.
Mountainside Condos in Frisco CO is a complex of 7 or 8 3-story buildings with many units for rent on a weekly basis. The property is well maintained. It features an indoor pool and hot tub and three outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor tennis court, a racquetball court, washers and dryers and spectacular views of The Rocky Mountains. It’s about a half mile from quaint downtown Frisco and is surrounded by an abundance of hiking and biking trails. Each unit is individually owned, so the furnishings and finishes will vary by unit. We stayed in Unit C341 for two weeks with our grandkids and found the place perfectly suited for our needs. The pool (rare in Frisco) provided countless hours of entertainment for the kids. The unit was recently renovated and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Electric range. Two full baths, two full bedrooms and a loft with a regular bed.. so the unit easily sleeps 6. There’s a gas fireplace and a gas grill. The unobstructed mountain view from the balcony is marvelous. Three minor drawbacks: It’s a 3rd floor unit in a building with no elevator. There’s no air conditioning. There’s a single balcony, while some other units feature a double balcony. Those issues aside, Unit C341 is a great place, whether you’re visiting in the winter or summer. We plan to rebook this unit next year. Great, we’ll-cared for unit and complex.

It was definitely expensive but worth it for the great long runs and we happened to go on a picture perfect day. It was just beautiful!
