This is a great slopeside place to eat! Be sure to check in with hostess as we did not and got reprimanded for bypassing this. I didn't see the sign to do so. Our servers over 2 days of eating here were amazing! Very friendly and great service! I highly recommend the nachos, but we also had the burger and pretzel bites. All delicious! Very dog friendly!

Lindsey was absolutely wonderful. Her Bob Ross happy little accident of creating the Thai basil spicy margarita was PERFECTION. Amazing service, drinks, and dill pickle cheese curds. Could not ask for more. This place and Lindsey truly made my Copper Mtn trip awesome.

My friends and I stopped to eat here during a day of hitting the mountain, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was insanely fast and everything came out very hot. The drinks were delicious and the bill was very reasonable overall. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you find yourself at Copper Mountain!

What can I say, Your sitting outdoors drinking beer in 29°, eating amazing dill pickle cheese curds for an appetizer, while looking up all 12,313' of Copper Mountain as your view! I also recommend the Elk, cheddar, jalapeno bratwurst!
I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Downhill Duke’s was so appalling that I feel compelled to share. From the moment we walked in, the service was subpar. We were greeted with indifference and left waiting for an absurdly long time before anyone acknowledged us. Once we were seated, it only got worse. Our server seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in helping us. We had to flag them down multiple times just to place our order, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. They showed a nonchalant attitude when we asked for a simple substitution and acted as if our presence was an inconvenience to the staff. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when you are dining with family and friend at a place annually visited in December. The atmosphere was chaotic, with loud noises from the kitchen and an overall lack of organization between the staff. It felt more like McDonalds than a proper restaurant. After enduring bad service and mediocre food, we decided to leave without even finishing our meal. I will never return to Downhill Duke’s and strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this place. Save your time and money for a restaurant that values its customers!
