The prices we were charged for nachos and a salmon sandwich were considerably higher than the price is shown on the menu. Furthermore, they waitress charged us for guacamole that we never ordered, and never made us aware when she asked if we wanted salad or french fries at the salad would be an upcharge versus the potato fries. All together, we were charged $14 more for two dishes then what was showing on the menu. Please refund my money immediately.

The server was incredibly rude / weird to one of the members of our party who didn't realize it was a full service restaurant. It was our first time here and he had assumed one person from our party of 5 bringing some fries over from the cafe next door would be okay. (We were sitting on the patio where it's self seating) But instead of informing us he couldn't bring outside food (which we all would have definitely understood and been okay with) She walked by and aggressively said 'ITS A FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT' without any other explanation.Honestly how hard is it to just say 'Hey sorry, no outside food'.

I have been rating for years and I never have rated service horrible until now. It wasn't even the waitress either (she was good) However, we got there 45 minutes before last call. We ordered 2 beers for us and fries and pretzel bites for the kids (it was fine bar food) That's it. It came out with 15 minutes to spare...so far no issue. However we didn't get any plates for the kids. No problem except our waitress was busy and after waiting a few minutes we ask another waiter SITTING down at an empty table. He said sure and didnt move. Literally it was uncomfortable that he just blatantly disregarded the request for minutes (he was in his late 20s or early 30s ,long hair). Our waitress finally came over and got the plates. Then last call came and they rang a bell and the servers cheered...yes they did that. By the way, there were at least 6 to 7 tables of people. But then the worst part. The bus boy (young, clean cut) stood right next to us and would grab things off our table when he thought we were done. At one point he grabbed my wife's half full can of beer. This went on for over 5 minutes straight. I was shocked by how horrible this place treated us and frankly we are pretty easy going with requests and cleaning up our own mess.In case management sees this we went Saturday August 5th around 5:30.

It was a great atmosphere at the bar but it needs more heaters as I am from Florida. Service was good….we did not eat….only drank

We were here twice in 2 days. The first day, my kid with celiac ordered a burger no bun & no fries, as the waitress said the fries were made in a shared frier. The burger arrived, with fries. So we told the guy who brought it that our kid couldn’t eat it because of the fries on the plate and that we’d asked for no fries. He apologized and took it away and brought a new plate, with a salad on a second plate (which we hadn’t ordered, but no big deal). Then he said “well the other one was gluten free because we have four friers in the kitchen and the one for fries doesn’t have anything else in it- it’s safe and just for fries”. So we said fantastic! Bring fries! He did and the kid ate them. Today, we went back in anticipation of the same scenario, and today’s waiter said the frier is shared and not celiac safe and they only have one and everything goes in it. He went to the kitchen to confirm and came back and said indeed the frier has everything in it and there is cross contamination. Nice of him to check, but how shocking that the guy the day before went out of his way to tell us it was safe and they had four friers, one just for fries, when that turned out to be a flat out lie. Thankfully, we didn’t spend the night in the ER. Will never go back.

Our party ordered 3 burgers. The waiter asked our preferred temperature and we ordered medium rare, medium, medium. After over 30 min wait during a not very busy lunch hour we got our burgers and all were well done. What’s the point of asking about the temp, if all will be cooked well done? In reality the patties are so thin that you probably can’t even cook them to anything less than well done. We were offered to get new ones, but who wants to wait another 30 min?
