The guy that took my order through the drive threw was very rude, was not greeted, i asked for a sandwich and he just says what else...then he says come to the window...I proceed to the window and I give him my card without him telling me the total. He gives me my card and food and slams the window...doesn't even say thank you, hi, the total..horrible service and my tots were burned!!

The kid at the counter this morning should not be working the counter. I asked what was in a donut and he said I don't know. Ok, well maybe ask someone that knows that works there? You work at the biggest donut corporation in the US and you can't figure out what filling is in the donut? He just kept staring like a space cadet saying I don't know. Some jobs aren't meant for everyone. Customer service is not for you young man.

Either avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts or keep your order as simple as possible. During my visit, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism from both employees on shift.

One employee spent an extended amount of time on a personal phone call while customers waited. When he finally assisted someone, he shouted their order and dropped it roughly onto the mobile pickup counter rather than handing it directly to them. The other employee took my order, but forgot to include the donut I requested. When I asked, he admitted he hadn’t charged me and then rang it up separately. I didn’t mind adding another donut at that point, but the one I ordered—a chocolate glazed—was incorrect. The display case itself was messy and poorly presented.

Although my coffee was fine, the overall service reflected a lack of training, customer care, and basic standards. Having worked in fast food myself, including at Dunkin’ Donuts, I know the job isn’t easy—but customer service and attention to detail are non-negotiable. This location, unfortunately, demonstrated neither.

Ultimately, this is not just an employee issue but a reflection of weak management and ownership oversight. A brand with Dunkin’s reputation should be held to higher standards. I hope leadership takes action to improve training and accountability at this store.

I got a dozen donuts and a lrg Carmel macchiato. Came out to 30 bucks. Coffee tasted way too sweet and I love my coffee sweet. I'll go to Starbucks from now on at that price and quality

Went in for food and a drink so I could work.

The workers saw that I was on a call and stared blasting music (I couldn’t hear my call thru my noise canceling headphones) they continued to turn it up louder and louder until I was out of their store.

A manager might help, but this place is ran embarrassingly bad.

The reviews are accurate. Stay away.

If you want watered down bean juice. Come here. If you wanna be looked at like you’re stupid, come here. If you want your drink remade 3+ times and it still be wrong, come here. Probably where the worst and most rude people on the planet come to clock in. Avoid this place at all costs. Better off going to a smaller company that will actually get your drink right and and treat you like a human.

AVOID. They messed up my drink 3 times.. 1 time in drive thru, and twice right in front of me… how do you even do that? And they were so rude. I just wanted my 5 dollar coffee and got Watered down brown juice instead.

AVOID THIS PLACE! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Two of my friends & I stopped here at 6am just as they ‘opened’ (they didn’t open the doors for another 10-15 min) 7/3/25. We were the only three customers there. One friend placed an order but it was wrong. She told them it was wrong but it was fine & she would eat it anyway. My other friend & I tried to place an order by asking them about 5 times to take our orders. They continued not to acknowledge we were there. One of the employees finally looked at us then proceeded to turn back to her fellow employee & continue there conversation as if she didn’t see us. This was my first time at a Dunkin Donuts & the worst experience ever!

donuts are stale. drinks aren’t blended or mixed properly. wait is long. employees forget orders. staff needs to be retrained. ordered munchkins staff forgot about order for 10 minute. ordered everything bagel got a plain.
