We were unimpressed with the quality of the food and the speed of service. The food was bland at best, the chips and salsa were not enjoyable and the corn tortillas on the shrimp tacos were so dry they fell apart when picked up. Would not/did not return during our stay at Copper.

The food was good. Pricey, but you would expect that for Copper Mountain. The margarita got rave reviews at our table. I had a taco salad, and it was delicious. Someone else at the table got a veggie burrito, and I have to admit, I was jealous. It looked amazing and huge!2 things need work. First, you order using a QR code, but the cell service won't allow for the menu to load. Luckily, they have physical menus as a backup. Second, you can't split a check other than in half between 2 cards. That's not very helpful for a large group.

Great casual fare. Typical Mexican restaurant with huge margaritas. The mole was good. Service is always great. Gay friendly.

Excellent Mexican cuisine! We are Texans and know a little about this subject. The house salsa is amazing! We took some to go we liked it so much. Portions are generous and tasty. We loved our meal and highly recommend!

Easily the worst mexican food I've ever had. The salsa, cheese dip and Carne asada tacos were all horrible. Everything tasted microwaved. The steak was chewy. Avoid this spot at all costs.

Decent food for a ski resort but the service isn’t good even for a resort, and we were there on a pretty dead night. We had a party of 9 people, 6 were there and 3 were walking over. This was at 7:30 and the restaurant was 1/2 empty but they insisted on seating us a a four top and a 2 top (that weren’t even moved together).Be warned - they ask you if you want a large margarita as if it’s no big difference but it’s a freaking gallon of margarita so just know that you will probably want to spilt this $34 margarita between a few people. One person ordered it but 3 of us tried to finish it. We even asked for more than 1 straw but they never brought any more and it was just too much for us (and this group aren’t light weights!).None of this would have been that big of a deal but the staff was beyond NOT-friendly so I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Everything is very rich. We ordered some fajitas for two people and they completed very well. They sell Corona beer. We will surely return.

The restaurant is located right next to our condo at Copper Mt. We ordered take-out. The order was ready in 15 minutes. Very friendly staff. We ordered the Nacho Deluxe and the Large Combo meal (enchilada, taco and chile relleno with rice and beans). Everything was great. Reasonably priced. Authentic Mexican.

So good! My friend remembered it from before the pandemic, so thrilled they survived. Generous portions, and one of the three of us unexpectedly ate a jalapeno which is exactly the mid-meal entertainment I want from a Mexican place. Seriously, throw some more in there! Oh, and our waitress (so sorry I forgot her name!) made sure our churro order came with six pieces so we each got two. The best.

THE LARGE MARGARITA IS MEANT TO SHARE! The waitress failed to mention that, should at least get a t shirt for one person finishing their own. Still 5 stars spicy and mango margaritas

Terrible service and attitude from all of the servers. The food was bland and all came out wrong from what was ordered. Couldn't get drink refills and they threw the card down on the table when they were aggravated with us for asking for a to go coke. They handled tge chips bare handed out of a drawer in tge walk way and no gloves anywhere while the guy wipes his nose and cleans and then handles food. Avoid this garbage place of a restaurant at all costs

Amazing food, friendly staff and decent prices for a ski resort. Not sure what the negative reviews are about but this is a fantastic placeP.S. portions are incredibly generous unless you’re a manatee
