I own a restaurant and never leave one star review out of respect but had to make an exception for this place.

Breakfast burrito was so bland, potato’s were like cardboard, and bacon was paper thin, eggs were not seasoned.

Ordered chicken tenders for a snack in the evening… assumed they were frozen tenders which is acceptable for a basic spot in a pinch….I’ve never had worse chicken tenders in my life. The flavor and texture was so bad it was nauseating, I couldn’t even finish one. I’m not sure how they managed to pick the worst possible chicken tenders.

Not that difficult to stock fresh ingredients every week and put out half decent food. The lack of care is just very sad. Hopefully someone will see this and realize it only takes a few extra hour a week and maybe spending an additional 20% in costs of ingredients to make something that people can somewhat enjoy.

The worst hotel restaurant experience we’ve had. We stayed for a week, and 5 out of 7 breakfast orders were incorrect. The staff were friendly, but the service felt consistently disorganized like they were either in training, overwhelmed understaffed, or simply unable to get orders right.

We ordered a plate breakfast and were told they’d run out of eggs; we ordered a power bowl and received burrito; ordered a 16 oz coffee and received a 12 oz; and we ordered a platter with sausage but were served bacon instead. What made it worse was our server only mentioned ingredient were out after we pointed out the mistake. After a few days, we started expecting things to be wrong, which is not what you want, especially at a hotel where breakfast should be easy and reliable.

A step down from bar food… the pulled pork, burger and fajita tacos were average at best. The ranch that was served with the chicken tenders was “fizzy” and clearly spoiled. The server was less than concerned and didn’t offer anything to make it right. I wish there were more options in Copper. We didn’t have much of a choice. Hopefully it was just a bad night for the restaurant.

Food plain and simple was horrible and extremely overpriced for what you are being served. Taste and quality was comparable to a school cafeteria. Service was good though. This place should really stick to serving only alcohol. Friendly service and a decent atmosphere, but bad bad bad bad food.

Best chicken fajita tacos I've ever had.
Service was great. And super close to the village.

Didn't eat here but the drinks were great. Service isn't that great. We had to walk up to the bar to order our drinks.

The only reason to eat here is the convenience of staying in the hotel. Otherwise, it's the absolute worst food you can possibly imagine. Flavorless slop not fit for human consumption.

Located within the Cambria Hotel at Copper Mountain, Element 29 was the former name of this hotel, which is now what the restaurant is called. The establishment is a limited service restaurant it's not open every night, but they do serve breakfast daily. Element 29 is solid and a fairly inexpensive way to fuel up before a day of skiing. The bartender who worked both the day and night shift while we were there was excellent!

Had breakfast burrito. Pretty certain the breakfasts are premade, possibly just frozen. Can't imagine there aren't better options, especially if you're open to heading a few miles away to Frisco.

This is a standard hotel breakfast, powdered eggs, basic stuff. Normal vacation/hotel prices- avoid of you're interested in anything other than some fast calories before heading out.
