Incredible Italian food. Many ski areas can get away with average food, because of supply and demand, but Greco’s is in another stratosphere. Make this one of your dinner spots when you’re in summit county.
The food is surprisingly not-good. Mozzarella sticks were supposedly homemade but below average. The pizza was so undercooked that it flopped out of our hands and fell apart.
We asked them to take it back to bake it more - when it returned about 7 mins later, it was exactly the same temperature and still a mess.
Plus side, Colorado salad was pretty good
