I had some very poor fajitas here; I don’t know how the place received some awards. The vegetables were tough, the chicken had minimal spice, no grilled flavor, and was slightly mushy. Overall, the dish was bland at best and I would not choose to eat it again. We went there because of the Best of the Summit awards but left extremely disappointed.
They start you off with chips and salsa and the chips are so warm and freshly made. The salsa has a mild kick but it’s so so delicious.
We ordered the spinach enchilada + spinach tamale combo. The green sauce on top was outstanding. I was so full but I still kept coming back for more because it was that good.
We also got the steak fajita and it came out sizzling and packed with flavor.
The staff was very knowledgeable when it came to recommendations...

We deliver freight for a living and stopped in here for a late supper. We were NOT disappointed!!! The fajitas were phenomenal. We got a combination of steak, chicken & shrimp. It was seasoned well and fantastically tender and flavorful...the star of the meal was the salsa. It was so good we bought a jar to take home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
