If you are looking for food, don't waste your time or money. We waited 40 minutes just to be allowed to order, then 30 minutes later we got a wide array of food and none of it was good. Brisket was dry, salmon tasted bad, cornbread tasted spoiled, cheesy biscuits were definitely not cheesey, pork sandwich was soaked in some kind of gross fluid. Not one person in our 9 person group liked their food and we all got something different.
I'm also baffled by the service, you have to go to the bar to order everything, pick up your own food, buss your own tables...

Do yourself a favor and go to outer range or any other brewery unless you’re drinking beer alone. The beer here is pretty good, the food is absolutely terrible.

We came here cause we saw that Colorado bbq was serving food here. We ordered nachos, 1/2 rack of ribs, and smoked turkey with Mac and cheese. The nachos were movie style chips with Velveeta cheese that you can get better at a movie theatre. The ribs were over smoked and over cooked. Completely un edible. The turkey was basically sliced Oscar Meyer turkey that they smoked. The Mac and cheese was water down velveeta chesse with the lack of noddles. This food was a waste of money and the staff treated us like outsiders instead of customers. If your goal is to come here and get a drink that’s fine but don’t waste your money on this food. We hate to waste food and we unfortunately had to throw away are entire meal. Maybe if the staff was a little curious I wouldn’t have bothered to write this review.

Beers were good and worth a stop. Food needs some work. I would recommend just drinking here until the menu changes. The food ordering could have been better too. Maybe a QR code at the table and order online would have freed up one of the two bartenders.

If you're going for unseasoned smoked salmon that's cold along with not great Mac and cheese this is your place. The potato salad was not good and very bland, the brisket sandwich was underwhelming. A very meh experience.
False advertising. The sign outside said "Free hot wax today" but then when I went out of the way to go there, they said it was only Tuesdays. The manager blamed it on high employees, but that means the manager also ignored it for 4 days. The beer was good and cheap, but doesn't make up for the false advertising.

I really wish this was not public and I could share w owners in private but no way to contact on website. Seems like a cool place but....We saw the boxes the "fresh home cooked food" came in. The "pre cooked" ribs were under cooked. One of the bartenders (owner?) did something in one of the bathroom stalls and didn't wash his hands after flushing. Chips and salsa - how can you screw that up? It can be done. Sorry. Try somewhere else for food in Frisco

Mac and cheese was plain noodles with some cheese melted on top. Pork belly tacos were not pork belly, just pulled pork. Potato salad was crunchy like the potatoes were undercooked. Everything else we had was disappointing

This place has gone downhill severely. Used to come here every year to eat when i come out for vacation in October and it has gone way downhill. They've changed there entire menu and its way less inviting when you walk in. They have you order from the bar and text you when youre food is ready. You're given a menu when you walk in and after that they don't talk to you at all and seem irritated youre even here to order food at all. The guy behind the bar was mad we even wanted food and didn't want to talk to us for more than 2 seconds. Another waitress came and took over the register to finish the order. When we used to come here everyone was happy and greeted you when you walked in and asked where you're from or what you're up to definitely not anymore. Sad to see. To top of everything I had to come back to edit my post because the food was the WORST food I've ever layed my eyes on. The queso and chips came out and the queso was a paste not a cheese at all. The tacos we ordered were frozen cold and the corn tortillas we got were not even cooked. We ordered a quesadilla and it was somehow burnt but the insides solid cold and absolutely disgusting. Took one bite and walked out and went somewhere else. I've never once had to do that. I don't recommend this place to a single person alive. The cook handed us the food from a window and was chewing gum and blowing bubbles when she handed it to us just absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely the worst food I've ever paid for. One bite of the cold salmon tacos, brisket was cold and rubbery, queso dip was like paste. All in all complete waste of my money and time. Won't even start on the rude male bartender.
