Incredible spot….Nicole was the absolute best! We’re coming back for a couple (or nine) drinks on our wedding day….. 100% because of her energy and love. 10/10 🫶

Our bartender, Nicole, was absolutely amazing – her energy is so warm and lovely that she makes the whole atmosphere shine. She’s the kind of person who turns a good night into a great one, and honestly, she’s a big reason we keep coming back!

We recently visited the Island Grill in Frisco for lunch and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While we were looking forward to a nice midday meal, the bartender’s constant emphasis on tipping really overshadowed the service. It felt like we were being hassled about gratuity even before the service was complete, which made us quite uncomfortable and took away from the overall lunchtime atmosphere. We’d really love to see them focus more on providing a welcoming experience rather than putting so much pressure on the tip line.

Great place for rum runners...as long time locals we always drop in here for their classic rum runners...today we stopped in...was told by the hostess to sit anywhere we wanted as we were only going to be there for 10 minutes...12 empty tables but was then chased out of the place by a waitress with tattoos covering her legs that this was only for people ordering food...tried explaining we we only there for 10 minutes or so...and so many empty tables but she was rude and obnoxious about the whole deal...think her name was Adolf...not completely sure...horrible waitress...but hey drinks and food are great

We had dinner here and the food was good (overpriced but good), but the service was a bit of a letdown. We ordered the blackened salmon sandwich, which was absolutely delicious, coconut shrimp, and the kids’ cheeseburger. The coleslaw was a vinegar slaw, which wasn’t really our thing. The waitress wasn’t very friendly either. We overheard her telling another table that she was supposed to be off early and that it makes for a long day. We did sit on the rooftop and the views were amazing!

I've been twice recently. Top notch both times. As good or better than other Frisco options, with a better view. Had the blackened salmon sandwich today, x-spicy.. fresh and excellent.

Lovely peaceful spot for lunch. Would be nicer if they didn't give you plastic cutlery and cups, but the food was lovely.

One of the best blackened salmon sandwiches I’ve ever had!
As a tourist making my way to Vail for vacation, we stopped at Island Grill and had an amazing lunch!! The tuna tacos were perfect and everyone else loved their food! Service was great too! Will recommend to friends and family!
